No, I meant Maidana vs Thurman. I would like to see Maidana fight Keith Thurman. I wouldn't mind that fight if Maidana has a few tune up fights to see if he is a worthy opponent. I think Thurman has some big advantages in that fight even though he got hurt by Josesito Lopez in his last fight. I have serious doubts that Maidana at his best could be Thurman at his best. I'd have to favour Thurman in that matchup every time.

I think he’s set up to be a showcase fight for Spence. Spence needs that name, bad, in his resume. Maidana would seem to be the biggest contemporary name for Spence if it happens.
