should/did both the doctor/tony weeks have checked Jack for signs of a concussion after? It looks like they were just checking the location of the cut and if it was impeding his vision. In my opinion i think the officiating around this should be investigated as there was so much that could have gone wrong last night. Thankfully Badou Jack is doing well.
Definitely. As Paulie said we have seen silly stoppages in less serious injuries. The doctor should never ask a fighter if he wants to continue with an injury like that, ffs his head was split open, putting him on the spot like that.
They were hanging on hoping for the small possibility that Browne would get disqualified for holding. That became plan A, B and C.
He couldn't see the man hitting him. He couldn't see enough to actually throw a decent punch himself. And the trainer kept on convincing him to go back out.
I thought it was disgusting. And a shocking look for the sport.
Fight definitely should’ve been stopped. I don’t like Browne at all and felt that the headbutt was commited with intent. Evidenced by “that’s what he get”
The audacity of his corner telling him that his cut was small when it looked liked the photo below is freaking nuts.

I don't know how the hell Weeks warned him for doing that 4 times in one round (jumping into Jack and bearhugging him), and then when he opens a cut doing it yet again, Weeks rules it accidental.
His corner were just huge POS, a true warrior is never going to quit in there so you have to make the decision for him. It's like the kell brook GGG fight, these cuts/injuries can always come back to haunt you in later fights or even after retirement.
Yeah forget the severity of the cut itself, just the blood loss alone should have been enough to stop the fight.
It was very dangerous and unprofessional to let him carry on.
Corner, doctors, ref all should've stopped it.
Badou was being pasted, losing so much blood, having his face ripped open and was down by numerous rounds.
They kept it going just because it wasn't near his eyes.
