Brook -v- Horn at 154, besides the money there is in theory something in it for both of them career wise although Horn would ace him, not much doubt about that.
After seeing Hurd against Welborn I would give Brook a chance of beating him but in all honesty I would expect Hurd to wear him down for a late stoppage.
Why in the hell doesn't he want to fight at 154? I have read many statements by Brook that he kills himself getting down to 147. He said he is hungry and feels weak all the time and is so hungry he has trouble sleeping. Why would he continue to kill himself and weaken and drain himself to make 147 when he could fight at his natural weight of 154 and make weight easily and comfortably and be at his best and his strongest He is ranked 2nd 3rd or 4th in the world at 154 by everybody and he still has a name and brings in money. He should be able to get a title shot at 154. If he believes in himself he should try to become a champion at 154.
Brook is a mere pawn in that war doe. I don't think Hearn would begrudge Brook doing whats best for Brook in this potential situation.
Brook is the WBA mandatory for Hurd, and the WBA Hearn's boys. Get it called and take it to purse bids.
Why would PBC want Brook? And how could he make more money with them? He's not known at all in America, but is in the UK. I doubt he would make even close to what he does atm.
I don't think Hurd or anyone said Brook has to sign to Haymon and PBC for a fight. I think that fight could be a co promo.
PBC are doing cards in the UK now. Hearn and PBC wont be copromoting any cards.
If PBC is paying him more than he should take either of those fights.
Brook is trying to secure a payday or two with the fights he has left. Its not a Matchroom or PBC thing to him or it shouldn't be.
And I doubt Hearn would hold him up to make better money elsewhere if its there to be had.
I don't think this would be a poaching situation either. This is just something that could just be a viable option. PBC guys have fought on Matchroom cards. Matchroom guys have fought on PBC cards.

Its a different world to even 4 months ago. Hearn gunna help PBC in the UK about as little as the help Hearn is getting in the US.. Wars on 2 fronts now.
I would have liked to see Brook against WBA regular champ Castano. Brook is highly ranked by the WBA and Castano has fought on the road twice in a row and would have had no problem going to the UK for Brook. It's a good fight on paper as well.
Where does Kell go from here? It seems like he does not want to fight at JMW.
And he doesn't really seem to have many options at WW either.
a gay bath house?
Hearn should try to get the Hurd fight on Dazn. The Dazn need some quality fights, desperately!
I think Hurd and Harrison are calling him out for a fight in the UK in the hope of luring him onto a PBC UK card, PBC trying to poach him and take advantage of the Khan situation.
Don't think itll be so easy to get those guys on a Matchroom card
Why Hatley?
I think Brook should just hold out for his payday fight. I personnally think he shoulda been retired already, but fair play to him if he wants one last payday.
I don't think staying active or warm up fights should be in high regard to him doe. The writing is on the wall for Brook. He can talk about a title reign or w/e being forthcoming, but he's still here for some 7 digit fights & not much beyond that so risking being upset by some random guy or a fringe contender isn't gonna help his cause at all. Big fights or just sit til something pops up.
Hatley from Dallas, seemingly unwanted anymore, spend some of the DAZN cash on it. Brook gets paid too much when you factor in Sky aint putting up cash for a decent opponent for Brook off PPV, and judging by his last fight the punters aint turning up to his fights anymore.

-Fights another meaningless fight in a half empty arena in Sheffield.
Then desperately chases Khan for another 6 months begging for a payday.
-Claims he doesn’t need Khan and is now targeting Champion X, Y, Z, yet doesn’t fight them.
-Fights another pointless fight in a half empty arena in Sheffield.
Chases Khan with even more desperation.
The cycle just continues...
Yea I'd go with this I guess if I was Brook. Another ass beating for him here I think doe & probably a grueling fight.
Not to say Brook can't pull it out cuz I think lotsa guys can outbox Hurd, but he's on that Jason from Friday the 13th always coming for you style of boxing & he's such a big guy at the weight I'm not sure he'll be an easy W for anyone.
Whats the story with Charles Hatley? Hearn talking about doing a card in Dallas for Hooker. Have Brook vs Hatley on that. Whilst Hurd does his thing.
Horn is a good option aswell. Jessie Vargas on a US card. Seen it mentioned elsewhere Liam Smith may not be with Warren anymore, dont know how true, option for a UK card.
