I tend to agreeHaye has always been a crybaby. He was good fighter but still a crybaby. It's possible he could have defeated AJ in his prime or maybe not but why bring it up now when we can never find out. I would favor AJ to beat Haye. Haye was KOed at cruiserweight and AJ has never lost a fight. Haye backed out of a lot of fights when he was in his prime or closer to it. He was supposed to fight Fury but he didn't.
I doubt it. I liked Haye he was a very good cruiserweight and solid heavy at his best but AJ has too much physical advantage. I see similar to the Povetkin fight, Haye would have a few good early moment but would get smoked in the middle rounds.
He would have no question about it. Moved around great, making AJ look like a big stiff idiot, then caught him. Actually wouldn't have been much different than Haye-Valuev.
Haye has one of the weakest ever titlists, Valuev and a string of bad level defences.
AJ has two real titles, two title scalps, plus some bad defences and the odd good one.
Haye would clown AJ fora few rounds but get caught unless he plays defensive..which he likely would. And that would lose him the fight, plus another toegate I expect.
Deluded...who has Haye beaten to suggest that he could destroy a proven Heavyweight champ. Klitschko beat his ass up. Haye relied on his reflexes way too much. Usyk would beat his ass too
Sadly I agree, but I think AJ would make Haye look silly, but if he connected one in the late rounds. When the bodybuilding of AJ took over his stamina.
Prime Haye would've beaten the current AJ. But AJ is still improving every fight and I don't believe he's peaked yet so hard to say who'd win the prime vs prime battle.
