The Spence fight didn't happen yet, correct? It's 4 months away , correct? So they will do USADA testing. If they do not, then you clowns can say something. As a reminder-the IBF does not have the same fair boxing program the WBA has installed for title fights. Manny/Matthysse violated that rule, so it was completely fair to mention it.
