No, my brother, it was Loma's second fight. Salido was a beast (journeyman) champion those days. Loma is marvelous. They had poor planning and inexperience going into that fight I bet. They depended just on Loma's pure skills to win it, but it didn't. I hope they are guiding him well now. I love Loma. His fanboys piss me off, tho. They always tell me I can't like both (Davis and Loma). That's bullshit. You can certainly be a fan of both because they'll never share the same ring.

This would be way better. I agree. Yeah, that is a fight that has always interested me, well as long as Mares has been at Featherweight. Unfortunately Gary only fights once a year. He should definitely start thinking of fighting twice a year, while he still can.
