He was a great fighter but I think he was on peds sometime after he lost to Mayweather. His body changed a lot. He went from being thin and wiry to being very muscular and almost stocky. Heavy weights could bulk him up but Marquez doesn't train that way.

I believe so but when suspicions were heavily raised it was in a fight in which Marquez arguably looked his worst, the only thing that had improved was his punching power, all of his other physical attributes were compromised. Above 135 I would say Marquez looked his absolute best in the 3rd fight against Pacquiao, I strongly doubt Bradley would have beaten that version.

Objectively, all things point towards yes. While Pac’s accusation can still be defended given his string of opponents (weigh drained hoya, broken chin hatton etc etc), not to mention those were his peak days as well. He only started to slow than a 32 where most fighters do. Marquez on the other hand, though no evidence as well, is a bit hard to defend. At 39 he started to grow hulk muscles, and started to send people flying in the ring while at the same time working with a guy who laughs at all of boxing’s testings. We can sugarcoat it, and pretend all we want that it can’t be true but it just seems to point all the way there. He couldn’t knock manny down in any of their outings, suddenly he is one punching manny.
