I periodically pose this question to see what the fans most want to see. So same rules. Using 10 DIFFERENT fighters what FIVE fights do you want. No bickering about "He don't want it though" or crying just 5 fights 10 fighters go.
Mine
Crawford-Spence
Lomachenko-Garcia
Hurd-Charlo 154 unification
Santa Cruz-Russell
Ramirez-Prograis
I'm optimistic that Hurd-Charlo and Santa Cruz-Russell happen by summer of 2019. The 140 WBSS should be done by summer too so Prograis should be free by the end of the year too. He and Ramirez would make for a helluva fight.
There's a lot of fights at 115 to mix and match between Ioka, Rungvisai, Estrada, Nietes, Chocolatito etc; you can match them anyway and you'll get great action and luckily there's very little politics to get in the way so we'll probably see a lot of matches from the elite of that division in the next 15 months and beyond.
The AJ Wilder fight is unrealistic regardless. As much as we all want it AJ isn’t fighting again until April.
I’d like to see Wilder against a credible opponent if not Fury, say Whyte or Parker.
But didn't you say No bickering about " he don't want it " ? You asked for five fights 10 fighters right ?
wilder joshua is basically on everyones list...yet chris tried to compare it to floyd/connor and floyd/pac 2...lololol
In terms of what type of fan is obsessing over it and the types of discussions it is IMO. I think it's a very significant fight as it's two unbeaten guys entering their prime for all four belts.
I'm just not a huge fan of Heavyweights in general and was tired and burned out from the crying and fan wars months ago. Wake me up the day of the fight it will have my full focus but until then meh.
Usyk vs. Ward
Canelo-Saunders
Loma-Garcia
Ramírez-anybody decent
Inoue-any champion
Inoue looks likely to face Tete in the semi-final probably by January or February. That fight has great potential and will really show us Inoue's level. I'd make him a slight favorite but it's a really difficult match.
Another 4...
Miguel Berchelt Vs. Alberto Machado
Jose Uzcategui Vs. Gilberto Ramirez
Eleider Alvarez Vs. Adonis Stevenson
Oleksandr Usyk Vs. Andre Ward (I can tell he still has the itch)

And your point is? April is in 2019
