simple yes or no...no poll..ill keep my own tally
and by max i mean kellerman and not his brother...im sure he talked to him very much(and by talk i mean cry on his shoulder)
Kellerman would have asked him some pretty awkward questions. Didn't really change my opinion of him as a human being or fighter. It did look weak, though.
Definitely got carried away with his emotions, since it was a close fight. He was already frustrated the first time around and added that one.
I didn’t like it, but he’s not the first one to do it.
Cotto even did it against Floyd eventhough it wasn’t a close fight lol
While it is true that GGG's level of opposition has gotten better, it is also undeniably true that he is on the physical decline (and has been for quite a while). I do not see how anybody can argue otherwise.
You mean to tell me GGG was out of his prime and STILL managed to KO the legendary Kell Brook???
I think it's a bad look. But, if I believed I had been robbed twice by a guy who got slapped on the wrist for failing a drug test and all the other BS that Golovkin has gone though, I might not have anything to say to anyone.
He's in the wrong, but I get it...
Thanks for stating the obvious. Hater thread. Wonder how many of them would have stayed in the ring for a post fight interview?!?! Easy to judge a mans character when they have never been in his siruation. Whatever.
what about lil g's own trainer tho? he said he had no prob with it...lol
keep crying them tears.....
it appears that its unanimous that golovkin is a poor sport
2........ One was a woman... Let that sink in.
It was despicable behavior and disrespectful to the fans to not give them an interview after they paid all that money. $85 PPV and GGG wont even stick around to give an interview for you. Only as a winner and not as a loser will he do an interview. No sporstmanship from him, a sore loser.

You can’t really base his prime like that because 2-10 fights ago he wasn’t facing canelo level comp.

Bi tch move for sure. I lost respect for him. There is no shame in losing plus it as a really close exciting fight. It is his first true loss so that has to be hard but still weak ass move
he did have control over things though...he ran his mouth about 154-168...yet never tried to fight lara when he was a better option than most of the guys he was fighting...and the ward fight was def there to be had....instead golovkin said "NO" within a half hour of getting an email from wards team...and went on to fight dom wade and kell brook....
maybe a 30 year old golovkin does beat current canelo...we dont get that luxury though of taking fighters and matching their ages/primes up though....t.hats some back to the future michael j fox stuff.....
I agree with you in that GGG should have never said that he will fight anyone at 154-168, especially if he did not really mean that. However, K2 suck at promoting their fighters, so I can understand why he would say such a thing. I do not condone it, but I understand it.
In your honest opinion, did Golovkin look like he was in his physical prime in this fight? What about 2 fights ago? 10 fights ago? A simple eye test tells me that he has been on the decline for a few years now.
It is unfortunate that GGG was not able to fight any of the big names while he was at his peak. Such is life, though. At least he should be financially set for life.
To be honest, I feel that neither Ward nor Golovkin *really* wanted that fight. In terms of risk/reward, it was not a good fight for either man.
Furthermore, most fighters nowadays are overhyped by their fans/promoters, so it is not really fair to blame GGG for something that he has no control over.
Also, you have to keep in mind that Golovkin is old and way past his prime now. I personally feel that a prime, 30 year old GGG would have easily stopped Canelo.

Adversity reveals your true character. Excuses and crying after the first fight for why he couldn't do what he wanted in the ring. This time canelo fought his style and he flinched and backed down getting beatdown. His trainer told him he was losing the fight. Rather then face the music he ran like bytch and coward he really is. At least Able stood like a man and admitted defeat to reporters. GGG disrespected fans and media. Sore loser
because he is lil g....he ducked ward after flapping his gums to promote himself....he has 1 decent win in his entire career and just got his face pizza faced by a guy his own fans called a "chicken" and "yellow".....he asked for canelo not to move so canelo didnt really move and beat him up.....
he was promoted as some killer savage....its all good when u are beating up curtis stevens(who was beaten by jesse brinkley and marcos primera) and hbo is sucking your proverbial D.....but when stuff got real with danny and canelo he barely scraped by and managed one win in 3 fights
personally i think lil g is a good guy...and hes a pretty good fighter...but hes not what he was sold as by hbo and his fans.....
even golovkins trainer didnt think he was cheated in this one

When you steal from someone blatantly, there’s only so much you can do. A lot of Thy don’t understand what fughters go through only to have a punk a$$ ***** get two Christmas gifts from judges.
2...... 2 judges from press row gave it to Golovkin

Why are you disrespecting Golovkin by calling him "lil G"? And to answer your question: I was disappointed that Gennady did not stay for a post fight interview. Leaving/running/giving up when things do not go your way is what weak people do. If GGG felt that he was cheated again, then he should have stayed and said so to Kellerman's face.
