eastern europe is a region not a country
usa and mexico are not one country
try again please
México and USA always are in the top-2
Eastern Europe is a region but there are smalls countries
Ghana's always been a good fighting country.
Oh, and Dogboe might go down as Africa's TBE when it's all said and done.
I didn't realize until recently that Dogboe is British born and raised and has lived there for most of his life. He has some tremendous potential but Africa's TBE? It's going to be very, very difficult to surpass Azumah Nelson and Dick Tiger. If you consider Marcel Cerdan to be African (born in Algeria, turned pro and was based in Morocco for years) then it's nigh on impossible.
Ukraine is up there.....lomachenko and usyk are top 5 P4P fighters.
If its based on the best heavyweight then its the uk
If its based on the P4P best then usa with crawford
And if its based on drug cheats then its mexico.
In all likelihood right now is the high watermark of Ukrainian boxing for the foreseeable future. The Olympic class of 2012 was a once-in-a-lifetime golden generation. Maybe if Anatoly Lomachenko moves back to Ukraine and starts coaching kids again it could be repeated
he never moved away from his hometown, as well as he never trained other kids, but his son. he did help prepare team for olympics and usyks few fights.
Even though many Eastern European countries were relatively recently a part of USSR, not all of them were.
For instance Bulgaria, Romania. Some are debatable if they are Eastern Europe of central Europe - Slovakia, Hungary, Poland... All those countries were never parts of Soviet Union. And they all have distinctive boxing schools (maybe except Slovakia)
USA #1 and Mexico #2 is set in stone. If we include the amateur game then Cuba is probably #3, since they consistently win golds in pretty much every major tournamentCuba should not be included. They have NO pro boxing. Their amateur boxers are supported by the state and are really their pro boxers. They win tournaments because it's their pros vs true amateurs. If Lara was in Cuba he would be fighting as an amateur. What amateur from another country would have a chance to beat him?
At the end of the day though, Usyk and Loma at the front, it's really all they need lol. When your country has a population of 40 mil and has 2 of the top 4 P4P guys, you make the cut lol
And don't sleep on Gvozdyk. He's taking Donny's crown
Yeah they are doing brilliantly right now. Just don't see too many young prospects coming through to replenish the ranks after the current crop starts to decline

dont speak on topics that u are clueless on
why would u even do that
By all means, educate the masses then on how the Soviet Union was never a country.
I assume US, since he mentioned it first. I read it as US (#1) and Mexico (#2) are top dogs. The third spot is debatable...
That's just what I inferred from it
i was trying to coax the diehard mexican to say usa was top but nevermind lmao
