Skill wise I don't think he's better than Canelo or Saunders. I think Jacobs beats him as well. Yeah and he's going to stagnate unless he gets in there with someone half decent.

The smoke isn’t going to clear, this is boxing. There is no end of the season Finals/World Series/Super Bowl. Right now it’s Golovkin and he’s been “standing “ for a respectable number of years. I don’t know how many more years he has left but I’m not seeing anyone else right now likely to have a similar run at the top.

That's not really a good scenario because like some have mentioned Gennady has been the "man" at 160 for several years now. He's 36 and could potentially retire within three years. Guys like Canelo, Saunders, Andrade, Jacobs, Charlo, all these guys are at least a few years younger than Golovkin. If any of these guys at some point become big at 160 it'll only be because Golovkin's run is winding down. GGG is the top dog right now, if you want to have an argument for who is second then that's an argument you can have.

GGG is still the champ and he is still standing and I think he will remain champion until he retires. I can't imagine Jermall beating Jacobs, Canelo or GGG. He had a close fight with Trout and has only defeated two very weak middleweights. I think he is overrated by many including himself. You aren't a lion until you beat other lions and he has beaten no middleweight lions yet.
