You talk crap about Jennings and Razvan, but those guys were considered good enough to fight Wlad and Parker for their titles. Razvan Cojanu was a late replacement though, he wasn't considered good enough. He was available because he was there sparring Parker. How long ago was the Jennings fight? lol. I think Bert Sugar was in attendance for that one.

Well he hasnt fought in any bouts sanctioned by the IBF for a long time.. he got dropped from the WBA for the hydro chlorathiazide fiasco and hasnt fought in a sanctioned WBA bout since so he wont be ranked by them. The IBF are too strict and the WBA banned him for drug use.. who gives a flying **** about the WBO.

Well look at his last 5 fights - Răzvan Cojanu, Wilder, Daniel Martz, David Allen, Malik Scott. Only one serious opponent and he lost, not exactly stellar... Based on his last 5 fights, nothing suggests he should be in top 10 of any of the governing bodies. That said, he should be somewhere in top 20, probably in top 15 too.
