What fight were you watching? Pacquiao didn't look suspiciously muscular or explosive at all. He looked better than he did in the Horn fight but that's because this time he was fighting a guy his age and size who wasn't roughing him up like Horn did. Pretty much this. Manny actually admitted that he didn't even train (over-train) as hard as in his past fights and it showed in some areas of his body. That is, some areas he didn't look as well defined as he did in the past.
