Coming up he was supposed to be the next big thing in the UK, only to be a hype job losing twice in a row to Tony Thompson who was way past his prime.
What went wrong with David Price's career? What mistakes can be learnt from this, was it too soon of a step up in competition?
His stamina IMO is most likely due to a lack of confidence/not being relaxed enough.
true, he's a nervous wreck in a boxing ring, stiff as anything. It's probably mental, I'm sure he puts in the work but some people have it and some don't.... he doesn't.
He has a terrible chin. He is a heavyweight Khan without Khan's overall speed and skills. He has great punching power but that terrible chin will always keep him from making it to the top level.
Well, he's chinny and not skilled enough to avoid getting caught at the higher level of boxing. There's things he can do, but so far it's not really working for him.
"Your gay lover Tony Bellew..." Hilarious!
Price is basically a big guy with some skill and decent power but any advantage he has is completely nullified by having a chin made of glass and a 3 round gas tank.

No Drugs ruined him:boxing:
Well you could tell he had chin issues. He couldn’t pass the Tony thompson test. If you cannot pass that as a prospect then you know you are no good. He could have made millions, he had the right image, the right potential for following as well. He just came from the Olympics and everyone was hyped up for him over here. He was build a pro career momentum and then boom. It was all over before it started.
