Anthony Joshua is so phony and fake that it is pathetic. At worse he has all of his gullible fans fooled. The fact is he doesn't give a damn about them and all he cares about himself. He could have made that fight with Wilder happen much sooner rather than later by gift wrapping the fight that all his fans wanted to see but he lacked the courage in order to do so because he's chicken and fears the "Bronze Bomber". Instead we are stuck with a 40 year old uneven Alexander Sasha Povetkin bout.

You think Wilder is going to fight Fury? Why wouldn't he? It is a very winnable fight for him, and PPV worthy.

They won't fight Ortiz because he's not ranked in any of AJ's belts governing bodies so he can't get mandatory status and there's not enough money in the fight to justify trying to fit him in between a mandated defence. Most of them know nothing of those guys and little of Wilder. They do know Hearn and they do follow the channels he's appearing in, UK press, Sky TV etc. AJ appeared last night in front of perhaps 30 million people giving a good luck message to the England football team. He's got a brand building energy drink ad playing on high rotation. He's making reality show appearances, he's on billboards for sports clothing etc etc. Most of those viewers last night will know him, very few will have followed the Wilder saga and most of them will take AJ's side regardless. Whatever damage he may have taken in the US, it's not happened here where he makes his money at present. I never said that? It's just not damaged it in his domestic market. For context, AJ earned over 46 million dollars last year and the vast majority came from the domestic market. He'll earn more than that next year, Wilder or no Wilder. The days when riches depended on cracking the US are gone.
