Great news.
Him and Prograis will probably be the favorites to meet in the final.
Shame Bob/Jose are ducking this tourney. Everyone who enters deserves credit and respect.
I got Prograis winning it all :boxing:
Completely agree with you. It was good to see josh address the issues honestly. And he definitely has enough talent to win World titles
True.... and Postol is the only one fighter at 140 that can control distance and win the battle of the jabs against Taylor IMO... I think he's the only one taller with a bigger reach in the top 15?
I hope Postol enters the tournament as well. He gave Taylor a close fight and I think he beats most of the entrants so far.
Think Taylor can win this depending on one thing. He need to keep 100% focused every fight every round. Can't afford any lapses like a few times during the postol fight where he switched off.
The good thing is he is aware of his mistakes and will work hard to correct them, straight after the fight he knew what he done wrong which is a good sign...
Taylor still has a long way to go, but his skill-set, speed and power will get him through in the meantime.
Great - credit to him, true competitor.
Shame that Jose Ramirez isn't willing to put it all on the line in the same way as other 140 pounders.
Theres some deluded fanboýs that have convinced themselves that they all ducked Ramirez by entering the WBSS. Gives me a chuckle everytime.
Good news, Josh wins this in my opinion he is a special talent.
Agreed. 3 tough fights to look forward to though, 140 already has some good fighters in.
