What a bunch of whiney, crybaby bitches it's made of boxing fans and promoters. I think I care less for both fighters now and was pretty excited for Canelo-Jacobs and Golovkin-Saunders....
Yea cuz no other name guy has gotten popped for PEDs before. Canelo is the first lol.
Idk why you guys are wishful thinking Canelo's demise. He's gonna be a top guy in popularity for years to come. Even when he starts losing fights more often he'll be popular like Chavez & ODLH were in their downside days.
Good post. Even if Canelo lost, he could still fight guys like Errol Spence down the road and make a good coin on PPV.

Name me a fighter who got busted for PEDs, lost his next fight and then went on to have a prosperous career?
LOL @ Canelo "fading into irrelevance".
How often had you seen the 20 something face of US boxing "fade into irrelevance" cuz he lost a fight? Even if he loses by like a 2nd round KO or something embarrassing like that it won't be the end of him. Hearns got KO'd by Hagler & f#cking Barley early & that didn't end him. Granted GGG is no Hagler, but it don't matter sh^t don't work like that.
I mean look at Broner. Broner has low level popularity compared to Canelo, but he's taken 3 L's in his 3 biggest fights & he's still got people excited to watch him.
Popularity doesn't just fall away cuz you take an L.
Different factors involved.
Canelo's reputation has taken a hit since the drug test failure. If he were to go out and get smashed by Golovkin, it wouldn't look good.
Boxing is better when there's no superstar to hold up a division, and that's the fact.
Don't really care for either one now, because I honestly think both will pick and select their competition.
I think Golovkin would be more willing to fight tougher comp, so I hope he wins.
Don't support Coke boy Oscar so I will be streaming that fight.
The loser of that fight will be out of boxing. Or at the very least their reputation will take a hit and they won't be marketable anymore.
If Golovkin wins, I see him retiring and Canelo fading into irrelevance.
If Canelo wins, I see him continuing to fight and Golovkin retiring.
You are a moron.
They are good fighters who make for a good fight. You can just skip all the other stuff if you want. Nobody is forcing you to watch it or read about it. It's your choice. It can't be any worse than the AJ vs Wilder drama and they haven't even fought yet. What about the Mayweather vs Pacquiao thing that went on for years. The more popular and important the boxers are the more drama in many cases.

I agree! I was hoping that G would decline the offer. I am so tired of all the bs surrounding this fight. I do hope that G sparks Clenelo for the record doe! Lol

Crying about the crying babies. Seems legit :D
Theonly way this ends is if GGG KTFO Canelo, that would settle the score
For a fan who doesn't get caught up in the PR and the hype and who ignores the haters, the ignorant and the mentally defective, it's an interesting matchup.
Two top guys going head to head. Alvarez claims it's his era and Golovkin claims he's top dog. The first fight was not a dominant performance by either guy so the rematch was inevitable.
So much hype these days but it's rare that 2 top guys face each other, as a fan I"ll appreciate it.
Yeah but the GGG-Canelo rematch had to happen, otherwise it would always feel like unfinished business and unanswered questions. But yeah all of the drama and delays were too much.
There are too many other good fights just waiting to happen.

It’s such a huge money spinner, it will be a trilogy or more....
