There should be no crying about Joshua vs Povetkin

I consider Povetkin less dangerous than Wilder. Pov, he'd be timid and trigger shy vs Joshua, I say that because he ducked a young Tyson Fury. I'd pick Joshua if he boxed Povetkin because I don't see AJ being dominated on the inside, AJ tactfully throws elbows that appear to be after a left hook (he will leave left arm at a 90 and lean in) among other things. He hit Parker with a good one, opened a cut on that man with it. Additionally, Povetkin has a cross that I consider slower and weaker than Vlads, Joshus saw Vlads coming and while he got nailed a lot with it, he was able to turn away at the last few microseconds to mitigate serious damage. If he can do that vs Vlad, I expect him to counter a Povetkin cross, as like I said before, it's slower than Vlads.

Joshua’s Chin wont be able to handle povetkins power this guy really messed up his chance at 50 mil smh If Joshua can see Vlads cross coming soon enough to turn his head away slightly he will certainly see Povetkins earlier. Povetkin goes up against Joshua, expect a timid Povetkin who is trigger shy. I don't think Povs cross will do near as much damage as Vlads.

It has to be us ppv probably now? One advantage of doing later in the year is at Cardiff they will be able to have a later fight (after 11pm), whereas in Wembley they are ready strict on end times. September fight more likely would be Wembley. Therefore being in December to February in cardiff allows a late fight in uk maximising uk ppv but also brings us ppv / or at least later to bring higher audience into play!

In that video, he says nothing about ppv, nothing about not wanting the fight in September. He did say there are still issues that need to be worked out, and they ran out of time to do the fight next. Those "issues" are obviously from one camp... Nice try though. Povetkin will knock Joshua out cold Dont know if thats gonna happen when he is not on PEDs That being said, Povetkin is a dangerous opponent, I have no problem with this bout, but hopefully we can get both sides to sign the papers soon. It has been ridiculous so far from both sides

Espinoza has said that as much as well. It is going to be US PPV.

I think Joshua should choose Wilder. Better for that glass chin to get KOd by Wilder than get KOd by drug cheat Povetkin.

I don't want to hear crybaby bull**** or conspiracy theories about ducking Wilder if this is next. It's a legit fight and fans of the sports know that it is. Its a good fight but easier to prepare for than the wilder fight Wilder is the fight everyone wants to see. Only reason its not happening is Hearn. Joshua is the favourite but Povetkin isn't a bum. They can fob the casuals off with signing to fight Wilder next. How's that play out if Povetkin wins? They'll already have the rematch clause in place. Joshua should win the fight. If he punches fuk out of Povetkin & stops him its a massive win & will give him a boost if he fights Wilder

Wlad was at a higher level then than Joshua is now, also Wlad held like crazy. So yes, Povetkin isn't what he once was but Joshua isn't quite as difficult a fight either. Sure, you have to favor Joshua but to assume he'll win No Problem, is a really big assumption. That was the first decline of Wlad imo. He did not look good in that fight.

Was watching some clips from the Wlad vs Povetkin fight the other day, he hasn't really improved since then, also he's been popped again for PEDs since then as well Wlad was at a higher level then than Joshua is now, also Wlad held like crazy. Yes it's a legit fight. But we want Wilder, and in comparison, the Povetkin fight is a sad and distant choice. I mean, who really cares about this fight? The world has moved on from Povetkin imo. Good fighter, but not relevant so much anymore.
