Wilder AJ is off for the next fight, not happening, my sources have told me. AJ Povetkin is 99% done.
So who is to blame for this. Why is this fight not happening next like it should have been.
BUMP! I called this **** weeks ago!
At the time I believe the Povetkin fight was 99% done and THATS the fight Eddie wanted more than the wilder fight.
Trust me guys, Povetkin vs AJ was already finalised long time ago. Eddie had to come up with some excuse not to make AJ vs Wilder

You couldn't ask your sources these questions?
Neither side seems to be willing to travel to make the fight happen so both sides are to blame. Both of them are being offered record paydays to travel to each others back yard but neither seems willing to budge.

I thought your "sources" would of told you why AJ/WILDER didnt work out if they know that AJ/POVETKIN is happening next.
He's going to have to fight a few fights in order to get that much. That's the thing as well cause AJ isn't an idiot. He was foolish enough to say he'd take 50 million, obviously he thought they wouldn't make it happen, but he knows that even though he thinks he can beat Wilder there is a good chance he could lose as well. Now that he saw how serious Wilder's team was about that offer he figures if he is going to win or lose he would rather give the UK fans the opportunity to witness this fight.
I'd like to see what the new offer from Hearn was. He said it was in increase in money but that could mean anything. Heck he could of offered a couple thousand more, which is indeed an increase :lol1:
I just don't think Eddie or his father want this fight right now. At least Barry has said as much
The actions of AJ and Hearn point to giving AJ every advantage here. He's built something in the HW scene that hasn't been seen before.... he has far too much to lose in a risky fight where if he gets caught, he's finished..... I have ridiculed Wilder before and think he is terrible at times, but if he lands that right he will finish you.
$50 million is not enough to buy AJ and get him fighting away from where he is comfortable, end of. he is making $30 million every fight and sponsors etc make him million every year. He can make $100 million in his next 3 fights. Tyson Fury will do over 2 million buys in the UK, lets be real here.
I think everyone admits that AJ got caught out there, the fact is that he is worth more than that already, and can make double that in the next year. He was never going to the U.S and give up his belts, brand, name and home advantage for 50 million.... he's worth too much for that.

Both parties - neither want to budge.
However, it's clear there is one true A-side who should be calling the shots, and dictating the terms.
And that A-side dictated a duck to blow the fight
if it doesnt happen neither boxer wants to give up home advantage, its probably that simple
but wilder said he would travel to the uk to ko joshua so its his fault the fight is not going ahead, he lied basically. Joshua never said this fight was happening in the states.
I still think wilder will go to england, he must do, hes the one losing out here!!!!
I was on team AJ's side for most of the previous debacles.
But he said 50 mill I'll do it. A previous poster was right, that got called and though not handled well by Wilders team initially (no contract and not meeting Hearn) it's more on AJ now.
Don't say Hearn wherever it makes most money, open to fighting in America (why say we'll fight Miller but won't Wilder) then say won't fight wilder in USA whilst accepting it's more money. Even if it's a rematch in the others country what does the order matter.
I actually think Hearn senior saying it should be next year, and Rob McCracken AJ's trainer saying has to be UK have spoiled it sadly.
Sources huh? :lol1:
I think we all know the fight isn't happening next anyway. Blame is on Hearn for this, both fighters at least claim to have wanted it. That 50 mil makes Joshua look bad though, he should of never said he would sign if they offered him the money. Got his card pulled then tried to switch up
