Pacquaio would still be PPV and do fairly well even though he's been washed up for about 5 years.
Davis would tank on PPV and I think Garcia would struggle.
PPV is dying out and an eastern european fighter no matter how good will not be a draw on PPV in the US. Canelo may be the last PPV star we see for a while and even his numbers without Chavez (a famous Mexican) and GGG have been fairly low (Khan and Smith).
Pac is really the only PPV fight that he can make this year. Mikey can be a PPV fight so long as he and Loma win their next fights and winner will be undisputed champ. Hold it on a Mexican holiday.
If pac beats Matthysee, he would have a belt at 147, and the "REAL" champs will have to chip in for Loma to get some track shoes, for all of the running he will do, so he probably shouldnt take that fight.:boxing:
There is only 4 imo.
-2019
Lomachenko vs Mikey Garcia
Lomachenko vs Gervonta Davis
-2020
Lomachenko vs Devin Haney
Lomachenko vs Ryan GarciaMikey is a well proven excellent champion. Davis is also a good champion. Haney and Ryan Garcia are just prospects who have never defeated a boxer even in the top 100 in their weight class. You assume they will become champions but you don't know that. Many hot prospects never become champions and I doubt either of them will ever be as good as Davis and no where near as good as Mikey and Loma.
