ESPN starter broadcasting boxing shows out of the Totawa Ice Palace back in their beginning. They knew nothing about boxing then and continue their streak of "nothingness" to the day!
I worked their first shows and then they switched to the Boardwalk
in Atlantic City at the Trop. Donny Elbaum ran that room and put on some great shows.
To listen to their broadcast and enjoy it you needed to be a novice fan. You still do..........:beerchug:
If you think Rungvisai is a bum you must be one of those "new" fans!

I actually don't have a problem with spence at 4. I feel lile if fans forced golovkin to be in top 5 when he had a Really poor record......with spence theres no problem. They still have golovkin as number one forgoodness sakes lmao......
1. Lomachenko
2. GGG
3. Crawford
4. Spence Jr.
5. M.Garcia
6. Rungvisai
7. Kovalev
8. Wilder
9. Inoue
10. Thurman
Had to google these two bums to know who they were wtf
I like their list. I would make Spence 3rd and Crawford 4th because I think Spence is the world's best welterweight. I wouldn't have any current heavyweight in the top 10 because I don't think any heavyweight fighting today is as good for his pounds as the best smaller fighters.I can't put Thurman in the top 10 today. He edged out Porter and Garcia a long time ago and has done nothing since. Pound for pound is supposed to be how good a boxer is for his weight right now, today. Until Thurman fights somebody good nobody knows how good he is now.
Junk ratings. Rungvisai has the 3 best wins of anyone in the last 2 years. How the hell is he #5? Golovkin drew with Canelo, despite whatever happened officially. Then he beat Vanes, which should have absolutely no impact on his P4P standing.
Spence hasn't done sh1t to deserve to be in top5 P4P. Neither has Garcia.
And last but not least, Thurman? Dude hasn't found in more than a year. You should lose your P4P status if you're inactive for a year+, especially if you're still injured.
How about Usyk and Gassiev? One of them belongs on the list, easily.
My List includes Canelo as he'll be back in August so no point leaving him off:
1. Lomachenko
2. Crawford
3. Canelo
4. Rungvisai
5. M.Garcia
6. GGG
7. Wilder
8. Inoue
9. Uysk
10. Spence Jr
No way should Kovalev or Thurman be on that P4P List. Spence Jr too high up.
Uysk needs to be in the Top 10.
Their voting process seems to be all over the place, had Wilder in the top 10 after beating Stiverne, has his best win and doesnt get a vote
1. Lomachenko
2. GGG
3. Crawford
4. Spence Jr.
5. M.Garcia
6. Rungvisai
7. Kovalev
8. Wilder
9. Inoue
10. Thurman
Others receiving votes: Anthony Joshua (16), Oscar Valdez (11), Oleksandr Usyk (5), Donnie Nietes (4), Jermell Charlo (4), Jermall Charlo (3), Juan Francisco Estrada (2), Manny Pacquiao (1), Isaac Dogboe (1), Billy Joe Saunders (1).
Note: Canelo Alvarez is out of the rankings while suspended.
