1.5m tuned in for his fight last night in a country with 5x less people. Wilder can barely get half of that.
Accept it boys, Hughie Fury is a bigger star.
What money?? lol...
He wasnt involved in Klitschko that was all K2 he took a promotional percentage but it wouldnt have been much at all.
Then he did his absolute bollocks in when they tried to shift tickets for klitschko 2... couldnt sell half the arena, had to cancel it and then offer refunds.
Mick hennessy has absolutely ****ing zero money.. and i can see that for a fact because his company accounts are freely available to see on companies house in the UK.
How is this a good thing? What you got against hennessay he used to put some decent shows on itv. I feel sorry for him seeing how things have gone tits up.
Numbers don't lie.
If you took the ratio of views : population and scaled it up to the American population, it would be the equivalent of getting around 7.5 million views in USA.
It’s impressive that he got good views last night and put on a show. And it was a good move for the Fury’s to go back to th drawing board. Also good for boxing that people are tuning in at those figures to watch a domestic title fight.
But I wouldn’t say that Hughie’s a bigger star than Wilder. No way, lol
he had moneysaved up from tyson fury fights

Hennessy has no rights to show on BT or Sky, so the third biggest channel in the UK for boxing happens to be channel 5 which is free to air.
The only reason that that **** show against parker was PPV is because they had to find some way of paying parkers purse as Boxnation wouldnt show it and to show it on Sky would have meant Hennessy having to pay Hearn a cut .. thats if Sky would even have wanted it to begin with which they didnt.
Hennessy did his absolute conkers in from that.. surprised he didnt go bankrupt.

it was on terrestial (free-to-air) tv
fury vs parker youtube ppv probably sold way under than the promoters projected

Delusional claims

I bet around a million of those viewers thought they were tuning in to see Tyson :lol1: Imagine if AJ was on terrestial TV, he'd get a ridiculous amount of viewers.
Yes they really did:feedback:
The only other thing on at the time on terrestrial TV was fricken Eurovision of course he got decent ratings, between watching the pimply Fury dance around for a few rounds and an obese Israeli cluck like a chicken and scream stupid boy every red blooded male only had one choice.
Did you see where Fury was fighting, I've seen bigger crowds at press conferences. He was fighting in a convention room in a hotel for Christ sake. The intro graphics looked like they were done by a bunch of teenagers on their Ipads.
I doubt Hughie made more than £50K for that amateurish looking card.
The numbers don't lie. People have more than just Eurovision or boxing to choose from. Everyone has dozens or hundred of channels now, netflix etc etc.
Terrestrial TV with 5 channels doesn't even exist anymore, it has been replaced by Digital terrestrial since 2012, so anyone who has a TV has at least dozens of channels.
1.5m chose to watch Hughie Fury. That's all that matters. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Hughie is a bigger star than Wilder.

Haha i was going to say the same, or that many tuned in just because he's Tyson's relative.
Also, like him or not, Tyson Fury is very famous here. That's not to say he's popular, well liked or supported but on pure fame and name recognition, he's right up there. Joshua is far more popular and well supported by the public, but i bet there isn't many people who know AJ but don't know Fury.
