casuals buy monthly boxing mags now ? how casual can they be ?
Every week they interview a random boxer, and ask them questions like "Favourite TV show? Who'd play you in a movie? Worst rumour you've heard about yourself? Last time you cried?". I'm not joking those are some of the questions.
Who cares about this magazine anymore? It's become a fraud and a joke. These days, people won't pay for a PPV unification fight with the best fighters involved, but they are going to pay for a ****ty boxing magazine?
In the UK we have Boxing News. They claim to be impartial but they are most certainly in the pocket of Matchroom. It used to genuinely be impartial, but nowadays it is aimed at the casual fan.

Is all good with Oscar, or do you think it would be better under Eddie's stewardship?
He should buy Boxing Monthly or Boxing News much better magazine by far
I agree there, just as promoters shouldn't be tight with particular boxing organizations etc. but if it's a question of that to enable the Ring's continance or nothing, then....
