I don't fancy Miller's chances against anybody with a big punch and Klitschko is certainly no exception to that. On the one hand Klitschko couldn't rely on his trademark clinch but I don't see Miller walking through Wlad's destructive straight right or lead hook like he did against the last couple of guys he fought.
easy prime wlad circles fat baby till hes gassed and then clubs the gassed helpless chubster out.
Unconditioned fat baby types were basic meal ticket for most of wlads reign.
on the off chance wlad gets caught and koed early then its sure to be a Klitschko win next time via wlads big brother.
Miller is average at best and wlad would jab is fat head off all night long.

Klitschko would beat Fat Baby right now, let alone a few years ago.
Wlad would be jab, jab, jab, jab occasional straight right down the pipe and tie up on the inside all night. I actually think it might look a bit like Lewis/Tyson
Wlad was old and past prime then but he still would have enough to beat Miller. Today's heavyweights aren't very good. Some are better than others but they all seem to have obvious weaknesses that keep them from being as good as the better heavyweights of the not too distant past. Miller uses a lot of illegal holding hitting tactics that he won't always be able to get away with.
Miller would get jabbed to fking death. His slips and subtle movements are really underappreciated, but after about 4 rounds of getting hammered on, that subtle movement goes away and he'd suffer a sustained jab-a-thon.
Edit, just saw you said old Wlad. In that case, I think it turns out like the Jennings fight.
