What's the deal with Haymon now?

Here we are now. Haymon has virtually taken over as the premier boxing promoter and manager in the U.S., having recently the best talent under him (that is now fading away). He got his wish. I figured after burning bridges with networks and rival promotions, freezing up the sport, he'd eventually Branch out once he got his independence and control. As of yet, it's still the same bullsh*t games still being played. Whether it's Porter, Thurman, Spence or Wilder, everything seems to be in static where they've platued professionally. For instance, why on earth would Danny Garcia fight Rios? Why isn't he branching out to other regional markets with Wilder? Why are Porter and Garcia not fighting? Or Thurman and Spence? At least once this year? There needs to be sensation and ambition with his stable. Instead it's just like they're sitting on logs and picking up checks.
