Hurd is going to destroy Jermell

Funnily enough..I think old Charlo with Ronnie Shields would lose to Hurd. People make the mistake with pressure fighters with leaky defenses that I ALWAYS See. Their head is so easy to hit, you ignore the body, and while you hit them..you never discourage or take the winds out of their sails. I think Charlo's new trainer will key in on that and I think Charlo hits hard enough to have Hurd not jump all over him.

I think he beats Jermell in a very tough close fight. If Hurd doesnt stop Jermell it surely depends who Haymon wants to win.

Sorry but he couldn't even destroy 35 year old, past prime Lara. Went 12 with an older, aging fighter who has never had devastating power.

This is a tough one to call, I don't like Hurd's style vs Charlo's but at the same time he has fought/beaten the better competition recently. Hurd does have a win over Harrison who has identical physicals to Charlo and maybe as much power, that does count for something. 50/50 fight, Hurd gets hit a lot and Charlo will be the biggest puncher he's fought. Charlo isn't too hard to out box or hit either, this is a match up of who's more physically gifted.
