Fat Dan has made a career out of calling guys like Rigo, Lara, Ward, Floyd and Hopkins boring and unwatchable.
at this point there's no doubt that Anthony Joshua is the most boring mofo in the business. Bar none..
his fights vs Takam and Parker were colossal stink fests.
most of his rabid supporters on NSB have plenty of posts calling Lara boring and I can post screenshots and embarrass them one by one but you know I'm not lying.
AJ vs Parker will go down in history as one of the most abysmal unwatchable fights in heavyweight boxing history. to find an appropriate comparison we have to go back to Williamson vs Chris Byrd. remember that? if you don't check Youtube.
where the hell is the article from Fat Dan that calls AJ what he is.. a boring unwatchable POS.
Fat Dan was one of the biggest contributors to the destruction of Rigo's image in the public. he destroyed the guy after he schooled Donaire in a fight that wasn't even boring.
but now he's silent about the stink fest we all just forced ourselves to stay awake for.
and oh yeah the fight was also clouded in corruption with paid off judges and a criminal ref.
AJ GROUPIES LOST ALL RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT JUDGES AND REFEREES.
AJ GROUPIES LOST ALL RIGHT TO REFER TO ANY BOXER AS BORING.
those are the two things that are now firmly established.
Capisce ?
Boring fights happen from time to time, it’s just part and parcel with the sport.
Sport in general for that matter.
I wouldn’t know because I only watch boxing but I’m pretty damn sure that there are boring tennis matches, cricket matches, basketball games etc etc from time to time.
It happens. Boxing wise, look, name any of the great heavyweight names in history, they definitely have had boring fights. Tyson was literally known as the guy that came to take your head off - he had the odd boring fight. Ali in the eyes of many is the greatest of them all - couple of his fights where boring.
At the end of the day a fight can be boring, but still watchable. Every fight isn’t as back and forth give and take as Pacquiao-Marquez IV for example.
AJ had his first boring fight, after having the fight of the year last year. The guys you're comparing him to have been boring for decades.
You're comparing apples and swordfish.
It was clear from the first round Parker was in to see out the 12 and survive for a respectable defeat.you could see he didn't believe he could win the fight and AJ just boxed it smart for the easy points win. Could he have taken more risks and gone for the K.O? Probably, but he didn't need to get ragged and leave himself exposed when he was he was so far ahead after the first half of the fight.
he was in the fight of the year last year :lol1:. joshua - klitschko was one of the best HW fights in the last 10 years. one of the very best since lewis - klitschko. he has only had two fights since!
This was a crappy, boring fight but almost every fighter has had a boring fight. Joshua deserves some criticism for not taking any risks, but he IS getting criticism.
What an absolute pathetic little ghetto wilder fan boy thread stater is
Let me guess, his idiot will defend wilder fighting bums but make a thread like this
Pathetic yank
