Joshua is trash living off of his size, how can he outweigh and outreach an average joe like joseph parker and not manage to trouble him in 12 rounds, yet he's gona KO wilder, Joshua will be 10x more cautious look how cautious he was against parker whos last three fights went to decision, he will be SHOOK of wilder.
Parkers defense is much better than Wilders. Windmill is going down
AJ wins, people seem to have a very short memory. Wilder should have been stoped by old man Ortiz and often gets out-boxed by his opponents, the difference here is that AJ has far more power than anyone Wilder has fought and will punish Wilder for his mistakes.
Neither are great technical fighters but AJ has the fundamentals down far better than Wilder
As I said this in an earlier post, I am going to post it again. Anthony Joshua is just too soft to be a unified champion. Unlike Deontay Wilder, he lacks that killer instinct and mean streak.
Moreover, compared too Joshua; Deontay is mentally stronger, tougher and meaner. In addition, Wilder more than compensates for his lack of fundamental boxing skills with his will to win. He just simply wants it more. That was how he escaped Ortiz.
He would have knocked Joseph Parker out around the eight or ninth round once he stopped competing and stopped throwing punches.
Parker wanted out and all Joshua had to do was settle down on his punches just a little more and got the referee to call the fight off but he didn't do that. He was content on just carrying Parker across the finish line.
I got Wilder winning this fight by first round KO. It would be similar to Tyson/Spinks in 1988.

this :yeah:
I don't know what everyone is smoking. Aj played it safe against good boxer with a punch. Did not look great but styles make fights. Joshua is slower but he throws straighter punches and is not sloppy like Wilder. Joshua is good at capitalizing on mistakes and Wilder makes many of them. Joshua by KO

one guy wins 119-109, 118-110 x2. the other guy loses most rounds and almost get stopped. boxingscene verdict- joshua looked ordinary and vulnerable, wilders gonna beat him now.
some of you guys really are retarded :lol1:
dafuq them scorecards were bullsh*t and everyone knows it. the biased sky commentary makes me gip. Aj had a huge size advantage in reach and weight other than that his upperbody/head movement and reactions when under pressure are terrible imo wilder stops him in devastating fashion as casuals look on in shock and awe, when i say casual i mean the avg AJ fan who is a woman who wants some bbc or average england footy fan or millenial prick.

I always picked Joshua but after Takam and Parker I think Wilder would hurt the big stiff bodybuilder and jump on him for a messy stoppage inside six rounds.

Just a case of people letting their fandom get in the way of rational thought. Pretty natural, tbh.
Wilder may look completely ungainly in the ring but its that very thing that would be a nightmare for Joshua.
Wilder has quicker hands, longer reach, better feet speed and is a bigger one punch Knock out Artist.
Trying to be balanced and fair, I'd give Wilder the edge.
Based on AJ's performance against Parker, not only do I feel Wilder KO'S AJ, I also think T Fury beats AJ as well and easily at that. Why in regards to Fury is because of all the feints Fury gives you and he's way better at it than Parker. Be honest, Parker had AJ froze at times. Fury gives AJ fits.
As for Wilder, there's no way AJ can avoid that right hand for 12 rounds. Wilder is by far one of the worse boxers in history but that right hand makes up for all of that. As long as he doesn't get caught leaning in after throwing a punch, Wilder KO'S AJ everyday and 3 times on Sunday.
Agreed on the Wilder point. Agreed on the Fury point except we all think of previous Fury. A 2 1/2 year layoff and losing all this belly weight we have no idea how he will be. His faints though will have AJ flustered
