I wouldn't bring up the strip club as a get rich investment. I never said it was a get rich investment. I said its a never go broke investment. Especially in Vegas, with legallllly trees. Its just the way it is friend.

I think FM lost a sh@t load of money on his stripclub and its still costing him money, there was a whole thread on it. Dont think hes broke but in order to live his lavish lifestyle for the rest of his life he may need to fight Mcgregor again How so? Have you seen that shíthole? Afaik, they haven't even renovated it.

Sonnen is a quitter that only tries in fights that favor him stylistically. Came for his paycheck and flopped against Evans and Jones(He didn't even try to make it convincing at that). The guy's still trying to ride off his 1 hit wonder fight with Silva. Sonnen still trying to stay relevant like Mayweather by saying controversial things. IDK why anybody still gives him attention.

I typed in Mayweather's net worth and it comes up as 400 million so he isn't broke yet. Pacquiao's net worth is 190 million. Some big basketball stars are worth about the same as Mayweather. George Foreman is worth more than almost any of them. I don't think those sites are accurate at all.

Whatever a fighter gets for a purse. Only about 25% actually makes it to their bank account. If Floyd made let's say 800 million in purses, it means he is worth a couple hundred million +/- whatever he spent against investments and other sources of income. I would say its in the 40% range for the lower tier names. Floyd gets the lionshare of the money. If you knew much about Haymon's rise to power, this is the gift he's given Floyd. Haymon gets his small piece because he taught Floyd how to get a bigger piece.

Mayweather may not be a genius but he was smart enough to surround himself by very smart men that looked out for his best interest. He was also smart enough to realize when he was getting swindled. Took Chael forever to figure out he was getting jobbed by Dana White and now is getting the big Bellator weenie.

Floyd hater here. I know everything about Money is greatly embellished, especially his... Money. But even if he only made 1/4 of what he claims he did for Manny and McGregor, that's more than enough money to pay back whatever back taxes, gambling debts, etc he has. Unless he's just a complete illiterate when it comes to $ and he has absolutely no competent accountants, financial advisers around him I can't imagine he's broke ALREADY. Now if 10 years from now it's announced that Floyd is filing for bankruptcy I'd say yeah, sounds about right. Floyd claimed though, in a video afterwards, if I recall correctly, that he would still not pay taxes' because the guy taxing him, did not work for the money.

Didn't Tyson make like $300 million in career earnings? That was mostly in the 80s-90s too. With inflation, he's probably on par with Floyd. And Mike declared bankruptcy in 2003. Floyd earned almost 300 million fighting Pacquiao. Regarding inflation, according to the first link based on my Google query we have the following numbers.
