I think their parents moved to that area so probably to be closer to family. Inland empire is pretty boring. Really not that much to do. Probably alright if your a fighter and you want to stay focused.

Riverside is the most polutted county in the U.S. Yeah its the inland empire its dirty as **** and in 5 years time its going to be so polluted. Its already crowded every time I drive pass that area its jammed up with traffic when I drive to Palm Springs to go to the casino Moreno Valley is become ghetto most of the blacks from compton and inglewood fled there to avoid the Mexicans, now the Mexicans are moving to Moreno valley and now gangs are popping up there.
