Errol Spence offers Kelly Brook a rematch at 154 if he wins title

I think Spence would still stay at 147, just go up to beat Brook drop the 154 title and drop back down to clean out 147. I don't think it would affect Spence at all, much like it didn't affect Floyd.

Rather see Spence fight Thurman, Crawford, Porter, Garcia etc I rather see people fighting at their own division its not fair for fighters like Pacquaio and Swift to fight fighters who walk around at 170-180 like Thurman, Crawford, and Spence Spence getting a strap at 154 doesnt stop the world, it just gives him more options, Crawford, Porter, and Thurman will follow him shortly

Brook's best chance is to face Ali, other than that, he doesnt beat any belt holder at the weight. If he wins, a Spence rematch goes the same way. Maybe ends even quicker with Brook quitting again.
