I don't recognize a lot of the names at that weight, but I'm pretty sure Floyd could whip Jose Aldo in an MMA fight.
In 2005 Aldo had his only 2 submission wins. Everything else is decisions and tko/ko's. This is the type of fighter Floyd could be matched up with. A non-ground guy that likes to strike.
Aldo has lost 3 of his last 5 and all of them were by tko (punches).
Get one thing straight, if Floyd does fight in the UFC it won't be against a top fighter like McMaggot.
Who else is out there that's a non-ground specialist in/around that weight?
McGregor should fight Floyd and then make it look like Floyd catches him and knocks him out, the rematch would make even more money. Easy 200 mil for both parties.
Floyd at featherweight still beats a lot of guys out there. The guy knocks people out with bigger gloves, what more with smaller gloves. They'll try and take him down only to get hit with a laser right to the grill and lights out
And your defending the idiot who said Floyd can beat Aldo in mma? Wow!!!
Goes to show how much you know about either sport.
Why don’t you go back to the wwe forum you came from.
Are you an idiot that cant read?I posted on here just yesterday that Floyd would not do well in mma because of his style for one and his age.And was just pm a friend that looks like you stalk.I have forgot more then you will EVER know.Moron!!!!
stop making stupid threads you dumb fuuck
I'll do whatever the fùck I want to do and there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop me.
What are you going to do little man? Nothing thats what. Now sit the fùck down you pink maggot.

Because he knows I got more Boxing knowledge in my toe-jam than you'll ever have.
Kimbo was a bum off the street and got 5 MMA wins.
It's all about matchmaking. Can I get at least a 20% and an Amen my brother?
We had an Olympic alternate in our gym, a 118 pounder. Nastiest amateur I ever saw. My trainer would let a kickboxing gym bring their best guys down for sparring and some guys would let them throw kicks. True story.
The 118 pounder was one of those guys. The kid stopped HW's with body shots. Avoiding kicks ain't no thing but a chicken wing. It's about distance. If you have that part of your brain active, the better athlete wins. Floyd is a real athlete.
Oh so you are just messing around then?
Kimbo got some wins in Boxing too which I found embarrassing. Total bums obviously but still.
Kicks to the head would not be the best way to get a boxer. There are used to avoiding shots that come from MUCH closer. But those kicks to the legs would be bad news.Quick KO or down u go.But that's still a better chance then a MMA guy trying to win vs a boxer as long as he is not shot or a lot smaller.
Kicks to the legs are harder to defend for sure. No argument there.
Don't you love being called a Troll or idiot by someone who knows much less then you?Dumb people who think there smart are the worst.
Par for the course laddy!
It would be laughable if floyd gets in there with an easy opponent
Not if they payed him 200 million plus PPV.
if floyd does indeed get in the cage, he needs to fight mcgregor, what's fair is fair and mcgregor fought him in the ring. it would be laughable if floyd gets in there with an easy opponent
Sit down junior and enjoy the show before I backhand you.

No one.I think Floyd along with Pea is the best boxers in last 30+years but too old to try new game. Also don't think he has best style for crossover. But a boxer will always have a punchers chance(Mercer v Silva)where I don't see how a MMA guy could win a boxing match with a prime top guy in his weight class.my 2 cents
I think floyd does 1000x better than what half of these bums think but aldo would win. him and floyd are the same size if it were floyd vs someone smaller or older (floyds 40 ffs) I can see him ko'ing one of those glass chin mma brawlers

Aldo isnt bad on the ground at all, he just doesnt go to the ground. The guy is a black in BJJ though and always practices it. He even competed in BJJ.
He could easily take floyd down and have his way with him, hes also a very dangerous muai thai fighter on the feet. He could easily shatter floyds leg with one of his signature leg kicks. He has great knees as well. Floyd would have no chance against aldo unless aldo decided he wants to strictly box with him.
Then theres guys like jeremy stephens and frankie edgar. Who could also just take floyd down and wreck him on the ground. All top guys can wrestle.
Are you fuuuckin kidding me?
Aldo fuucks Floyd up in brutal fashion one kick and Floyd runs out the cage.
Someone ban this dumbass troll.

That's the 1% I was talking about.
Catch them with a punch then you can KO them. That's your shot. Otherwise it's curtains.

Floyd is going to get kicked in the head and go to sleep.

Any UFC fighter is just going to kick his leg and then it's over from there.
Floyd would have a 1% punchers chance (more than any MMA fighter has against a top boxer) but realistically he gets splattered every time. He doesn't know how to defend these things plus he is not conditioned to take those blows.
