Imagine if Spence fought all he guys Crawford fought, literally would have a 100% ko rate and probably not fight more than 5-6 rounds against any of them. Now imagine Crawford fights Spence’s Opponents (he would beat *Most*) but imo would not beat Kell Brook, would not have stopped Peterson and algieri in 7 & 5 rounds like Spence, and would not allegedly **** up floyd in sparring so bad he was not asked to return & would not be able to compete in sparring with the likes of Jermell Charlo like Spence does. Again, Crawford is outstanding, but Spence is better and imo beats him 99/100 times they fight.

when 2 offensive minded fighters fight each other, one has to be superior than the other. the least superior one will turn defensive or get ko'd. simple. it happens to everyone larry. sorry to burst your bubble. Crawford isn't as good as Mayweather and Spence is effective for different reasons than Pacquiao. Pacquiao isn't known for his body punching and ability to cut off the ring. Mayweather was able to shut him down because he couldn't rough Mayweather up on the inside or force the fight at mid range. It'd be more accurate to look at Chavez, Castillo, Maidana and Cotto.

Except that Spence is the bigger fighter and wouldn't look like a 5th grader fighting a senior in HS. I also don't think you'll have Spence chasing Crawford and him being like 2 steps ahead.

I'd like to see Crawford @ 147 first. Even then, I'd still favour Spence.

Crawford would leave enough distance for Spence to have to reach to land punches. Crawford would counter him and control his movement with the jab. Peterson was tagging Spence with the right pretty much whenever he threw it. As a lefty, Crawford's jab is right there or if he chooses to fight as a righty, the lead right will light his ass up.
