Wrong. Pac made 3 requests (50/50 PPV split, $10m/lb penalty for coming in overweight, and one other i forget atm) and Floyd agreed to all. Floyd made 1 request - OSDT - and Pac had at least 3 EXCUSES why he couldn't agree. That's what really happened. The dude is/was a drug cheat and now he murders those same drug cheats...unless you're the son of the president...than you just have to resign from your job LMFAO #DUTERTE #PACFUCKS #LMFAO ? No way. Lmao. Pacquiao backs this guy? he didnt turn it down. in 09-10 he WAS the a-side. floyd requested random testing and pac requested a cut off. YUP...............And there is no way for these pac fanboys to get around that.And WHY for fuke sake would a fighter(Floyd)ask for testing if he was dirty.

Pacquiao obviously was on chit tho. Why else would he turn down a drug test? Either he ducked Floyd or he was juicing. Maybe both Yea who would turn down 100 mil plus for a test unless they were dirty.I mean I would jump at chance to prove I was clean after people started talking about it and taking away from his legacy.

In 2010 just like Mayweather and like I said a thousands times already they did not fight in 2010 because of Pac even Freddie said its right on YOUTUBE.Now go find someone else to spread your BS.
