Sad really, as David Haye was a decent fighter once upon a time. If the rematch with Tony Bellew is nothing but a money grab then I'd say he's ruined his legacy. The first fight was bad enough, and there's nothing they can do to convince us that Haye wasn't injured before the first bell. If he puts up a similar performance in the second fight he'll have made himself a laughing stock for eternity. Getting slapped about by a fat scouser who isn't even Euro level.
C'mon. He won the Lineal title at Cruiserweight, in the champion's backyard at that. Then Unified the belts against the boxing master, and not at all overhyped, Enzo Maccarinelli.
😂😂😂 He was a very good CW I’ll give him that. He should’ve stayed there instead of chasing ££££.

:lol1::lol1::lol1:
What legacy??
He had two world title wins at CW and beat a load of old past prime HW’s, then absolutely swallowed it in his only legacy type fight vs Wlad.
Haye is a pathetic con man who ONLY cares about MONEY not the sport, just like Tony Bellew. Those c*nts are made for each other. I hope something happens to permanently prevent this fight cause neither of them two clowns deserve another payday!

Yeah his legacy is already down the drain from the Wlad fight.
Talked nuff trash, and a guy who proved you can fight extremely basic, beat David pretty clearly.
Bit harsh, fact is Haye should of never returned to boxing, he only did it because he blew all his money on some stupid business venture in Dubai. Any losses at this point of his career are meaningless as physically he isn't the same in his late 30's.
Wouldn't shock me at all if he get's injured again either before or during the fight. He was told to retire by doctors after the shoulder injury forced him to pull out of the Fury fight. Injured vs Bellew then injured again before the rematch. The man is made of glass now.
There isn’t much left clean that is left to tarnish; he already is seen as someone that’s never lived up to much.
Had a good career for many years, but preferred to be famous more than anything else in my opinion. Like he wanted to be a celebrity that fights every now and then.
His legacy is already splintered. All his talk that never took physical form. His history of pull outs and his habit of spreading the excuses on thick...etc.
He was supposed to be the great British saviour the heavyweight division back then, didn’t happen. Everything since has been extremely unflattering in terms of legacy.
