When Void is walking down an ATG puncher with a f*cked up eye and in need of a stoppage, then you can talk about mental toughness. As it is, he's a guy who never beat a single genuinely great fighter at or near his peak.
Rays eye was operated on in 84' (injury started in 82') and lost to Duran in 80'. Long way off my friend.
Floyd been fighting with borked hands plenty. Plenty of great fighters Floyd fought were at their peak or close to it. Stop hating.
It's hard to say. SRL wasn't as mentally tough as Floyd was. Ray grew up a lot different than Floyd Jr did. Ray grew up like a white kid. Very soft spoken whereas Floyd grew up around two gangsters (Roger and Floyd Sr.) and company selling crack and who knows what in the ghetto.
Ray's loss to Duran was all due to lack of mental toughness. Because 5 months later he made that fool quit. Ray was never a defensive genius either, his defenses were good --- but not genius level.
Young Floyd; as good as he was, in 15 rounder shape has a high probably of beating Duran.

Castillo, Maidana, Cotto and Dela Hoya had success against Floyd using pressure, Duran was better than all of them in every single department besides the jab of Oscar and maybe Oscar's speed.
One fighter had success with pressure in Floyd's prime: Castillo. There were injury factors in that fight as well.
Why would you use Maidana as a comparison? Floyd was a pro for 18 years when he fought Chino. You can't be seriously implying that an old and shot Floyd was as good as a young and in prime Floyd are you?
Ray didn't have a fight at 18 years. After losing to Norris in brutal fashion after 14 years in he took some time off and 20 years in (6 years later) came back and got TKO'd by Camacho.
Not sure what shít you're smoking but De La Hoya won maybe 2 rounds. He was completely ineffective with pressure. Whiffed a lot of punches. Same for Cotto, dude won 2 maybe 3 rounds. Is that success to you, winning 2-3 rounds?
Young De La Hoya would absolutely end Durans career at 140.
Insert the Oscar that beat Chavez at 140, Duran would get stopped inside 6.
My view on this is, if your true the best ever, there will some sense of consensus among fight fans worldwide, if you constantly have to keep repeating that you're only trying to make yourself believe you are the greatest ever,Ali didn't need to constantly remind people he was the greatest, they still say it too this day,Sugar Ray Robinson many people to this day say he's the best boxer that ever lived. Floyd doesn't have to say it, if people truly think he's TBE they will say it for him, i don't hear to many fans saying he's the best ever to lace up gloves though
Duran that night would have killed Floyd.

It's Floyd attention whoring as usual. He did the same when he disrespected Ali who's eons greater than Mayweather will ever be
It's funny how he takes aim at Duran beating Leonard. The Durán that night would have beaten Mayweather just as easily as he handled Ray
Mayweather would've mismatched Duran, even at 35 homie!
Floyd has been and always will be an ego maniac who desperately seeks the limelight even if the situation has nothing to do with him. Hes never had a big fan base, just a large group of people who wan to see him lose.
Those group of people who want to see him lose are secretly fans, they just don't realize it :usa2:
TBE is already retire and should just humble up at this point and let his fighters speak for themselves in press conferences. Floyd is just an attention whore and making a joke of himself. TBE still trying to stay relevant.

Floyd definitely has a lot of fans. You don't break records with only having haters because many athletes before him have had large numbers of haters. If social media is any measure to go by Floyd has the largest combined social media following of any fighter active or retired.
However, I would agree that he is an egomaniac and if he doesn't tame his ego it could be his downfall.
