To fight? what is the logic in that as a fan?? Why do ya'll not wanna see the clear top 2 heavyweight titlist unify? Why do yall keep mentioning Whyte?? WHY!!!! why the hell do yall wanna see Wilder fight fvcking Dillon Whyte??
Because Deontay Wilder hasn't actually proven himself to be the second best heavyweight after Anthony Joshua (based on his actual record and not based on hyping). Explain in what way does Deontay Wilder have a better heavyweight record than the likes of Joseph Parker, Kubrat Pulev and so forth so on.
But if he was willing to fight them AND Tyson Fury before Klitschko did, then he's not ducking people, they're ducking him and using drugs to avoid fighting him fairly.
That's not his fault.
What are you talking about? you do not get a name on your resume if you did not fight that opponent.
My original quote made no mention of ducking (though I do think he is ducking Whyte) I gave names on AJ's resume who are better than anyone Wilder has currently fought.
- Oscar chose the weight
- Oscar chose the gloves
- Oscar chose the venue
- Oscar chose the judges
- Oscar chose the ref
- Oscar got the bigger split
Floyd accepted everything so he could BE the A-Side he wasn't yet.
Yes, Oscar held the cards as the A-side for that fight TEN YEARS AGO. No one else since that time. Deontay will need a reality check if he thinks he has leverage or equal footing.
All of a sudden, Joshua fans turned into financial advisers!
wilder sucks and i think he's going to be a deserving underdog, but he's a threat with his power, and these guys are so shaken they've turned into accountants :lol1:
it's not even your f#cking money, f#ggots!
I'm not a Joshua fan retard and i don't want him to put it off, but at the same time don't expect him to fight for less than he would make fighting other fighters, nobody with an ounce of common sense would expect him to. Do you have a ounce of common sense?
who brings more money to the table than wilder?
350 lb fury? he's literally 350 lbs. maybe more! that fight is a year off
david haye?
really? are you going to say this with a straight face?
nobody with an oz of common sense expects the biggest fight at HW, maybe the biggest fight in the world to be made :lol1:

Anyone that don't want to see that fight next is either a promoter or just a dumb azz fanboy who ARE NOT boxing fans they are just fans of Joshua or Wilder. Its really bad day for boxing when the fans start talking about MARINATING.
He didnt fight Povetkin or Ortiz...You put names he fought on his resume. SMH

Maybe they just want to see Wilder prove himself?
At this point Bellew, Whyte, Parker have a more proven win or two at heavyweight. Wilder hasn't proven himself in the slightest.
It has everything to do with it. For years, Floyd and his fans insisted that the A-side was determined by earnings, PPV sales, attendance, and quality of opposition. Floyd never conceded to anything for any opponent. He always had to have the upper hand in negotiations. Joshua is clearly the A-side. Larry is Floyd's biggest fan, so I am simply pointing out the hypocrisy of the Wilder fans who are in most cases PBC/Floyd fans.
so now Joshua is on floyds level???????? PBC fans? man stop it! the bottom line is Joshua and wilder should happen next and u guys are coming with all these excuses, whyte, money, a side, now mayweather??? lmaooo this is pathetic we just want to see the fight.
what the hell does this have to do with anything??????? wtf is going on around here???

I don't know, but it's embarrassing to witness.
agreed this is sad lmaooo wtf is this mess. they are all on youtube making a big mess in the comments on every boxing channel, they are financial advisors and care about how much wilder makes now? pathetic
Larry had no problem with Floyd "marinating" the Pac fight for five years. Now all the sudden he wants unification and the best fighting the best. Lol.
what the hell does this have to do with anything??????? wtf is going on around here???
the biggest complaint is that wilder fights only bums and they want to see him vs top competition yet they want him to fight whyte instead of Joshua????????????? its very confusing, then they start bringing up who sales more tickets and bringing up everything else outside of the fight.
Because people know it doesn't make financial sense for Joshua to fight Wilder. Why would Joshua fight Wilder when he can make more fighting someone else that won't want 10+ mil? Wilder needs to improve his market value, he needs to fight in the UK.
Why are Wilder fans too stupid to see this?
surely you understand that you're a fanboy and a f#ggot for wanting joshua to put off the biggest fight in the division for an easier fight for money that you'll never see.
explain please
I think despite having a better win in Wlad.
Josh is much less experienced than Wilder.
Wilder is 39 fights as a pro while Josh barely reached his 20th fight.
Josh is younger 28 and can get a bit more mature and confident.
Josh has more room to improve than Windmiller IMO.
Wilder needs more Josh than the opposite.
For all those reasons.
Times play in Josh favor.
I dont, i think both have similar resumes but for some reason yall act like Joshua has beaten great fighters when he hasnt.
Even the version of Wlad that fought Joshua is better than 99.9% of the current HW division including Wilder.
Larry had no problem with Floyd "marinating" the Pac fight for five years. Now all the sudden he wants unification and the best fighting the best. Lol.
Wilder can't be blamed for others doing things that risked the fight. Its just not his fault... Its not his responsibility either and it does not matter if Ortiz has a legitimate beef, or not, as far as Wilder is concerned.
Boxing is run by promoters and they look at fighters as a means to an end. Hypothetically they would have a guy like Wilder fight almost anyone with a pulse, as long as it packed a stadium. Thats why fans have to stop being so gullable as to think that a Wilder and Joshua fight would not sell.
There are promoters who could sell ice machines to Eskimos! And people paid good money to watch Floyd fight Mcgregor. People will pay to see this fight. It just needs to be promoted and the management has to understand that they need to risk the 0!
Ill take it one step further: I think Whyte is very good and could be a hazard for either guy, I believe that he screwed his shoulder up that fight against Joshua and he was having some success. BUT its against the pecking order! The next big fight that fans want is obvious and fans need to make the promoters promote it, the arena schedule it, etc. The fighters are not to blame both of these men want to test themselves.
