The difference is that Manny tripped over Marquez in the 6th round but didn't in the 5th round. In the 5th round, Manny was able to avoid Marquez's punch just enough that it did little damage. The 6th round Manny tripped up on Marquez's foot then Manny's body quickly tries to adjust to the trip while Marquez punches him a split second later. Not only that, if Manny was not tripped up, Manny's face would not be placed the same as if he wasn't tripped up. .

I must add that in the 4th fight with Marquez (not much of a resume other than taking Manny to the limit) Pacquiao was beating the hell out of him, destroyed his nose and was about to put him away until the steroid punch landed.
