I don't follow small weights, but hardcore fans should explain....Any of these 14 guys in his resume better than Glowacki or even Huck? I see a bunch of guys with 6,7,9 or 10 losses there, no undefeated opponents at all
That's the point of the thread that other posters didn't get. Usyk will never be in p4p list of any media sources as long as he's CW, it doesn't matter how dominant he will be
For the past few yrs CW have been dominated by East Euro or Euro fighters and because of the lack of fight coverage in States and U.K. It's hard to market or even know these guys..
It's just that most guys who make this p4p list like ESPN and similar don't have a lot of insight into the CW division because the fights are staged and viewed telecaster in Europe.. out of sight, out of mind...
The winner of the cruiserweight WBSS has a strong claim for a spot on the p4p list. If Usyk wins that I'm sure we'll start seeing him on some lists.... well hopefully.
I don't find it surprising that people ignore Cruiserweight division, which is one of the exciting division now.. But Uysk is on my p4p list with a win over Huck and Glowacki..
I had Lebedev on my list until he got beat by Gassiev..

Then sit the **** down and do some research before you put up silly posts!
If I don't follow some weight then it's my preference
I did, and I'm not seeing anybody in his resume who would be better than Glowacki or Huck.
Maybe Nayay fought some undefeated titleholder like who was the man at the weight like Glowacki. Maybe he defeated some pro veteran who was dominant champ at some point. What's so silly about saying than Usyk resume is better? Elaborate

I think it is based more on how good Inoue would be if weight was irrelevant, i.e. he looks to be more difficult to beat. Usyk had some close rounds against an almost shot Huck last time out.
Having said that, I have Usyk creeping into my list, mainly because a position opened up as RG dropped out.
If you don't like whatever pfp list you are complaining about just write up your own list. You can do that you know. Your list is just as good as their list. No worse or no better. It's all just opinion and not undeniable fact. Inouauya can't fight Usyk so we will never know for sure who is better for their pounds.
This ^. I genuinely can't understand why folk get hung up on this BS as if P4P is any more than some speculative made up BS. OK - in general most of us who follow boxing close enough to be posting on here have a fair idea about who the the top ten or 15 best fighters in the world are, but trying to rank them in some precise order with no direct means of comparison is a fools errand - hell, even ranking fighters within a single division with common opponents ain't a precise science - what fucking chance is their of comparing a LHW with a flyweight for instance?
It's a bit of fun and like you say, if you don't like someone else's list then just make your own... no one can ever prove that yours ain't the best list in the world.:D

If you don't follow Inoue or anybody around his weightclass, you are missing out on a whole lot of the sport. Some of the years greatest fights have come below 122.
Inoue is less beatable than usyk
Inoue punches way harder p4p and he never loses rounds whereas usyk has.
Some say inoues combos are repetitive and predictable but i think hes an absolute beast
Usyk lost a couple rounds to mchunu and hunter. His reactions to punches being thrown at him relative to his weight class arent as good as inoues imho. And he doesnt let his hands go enough imo. Too safety first.
