I'm telling ya charlo the new boogie man at 160 and he mando to ggg----ggg better not drop that belt
He can go fight sanders but sanders the Adonis Stevenson of 160 so he not trying to fight anyone but will call out everyone
If you are talking about the Charlo who just barely beat Trout and couldn't hurt Trout as others have done, he isn't the new boogie man. Canelo dropped Trout hard and Jermall never even staggered him. GGG took Canelo;s best punches with ease and Canelo hits harder than Charlo. GGG won't give up the belt to a guy he can belt out. Jacobs is better than Jermall with more KO wins and far closer to being a middleweight boogie man. GGG didn't avoid Jacobs. Everybody wants GGG to lose a fight. What's wrong with a Jacobs vs, Jermall fight with the winner to fight the GGG vs Saunders winner. Canelo probably won't want a rematch until GGG is a year or two older and slower.
Charlo will never face GGG. GGG has a possible Cotto fight, a Canelo fight, a Saunders fight, and a Jacobs rematch before he would entertain Charlo IMO. And he could always move up and go fight Degale in the UK for good $$
Doubtful the WBC ever puts the pressure on him to make that defense anytime soon. Charlo may actually have to fight someone first
Been saying this is why Charlo should get busy sooner than later. He is at bottom of totem pole on getting big fight. I want to see Charlo fight, he is good. I don't expect him to sit on his ass waiting for Golovkin. I said Saunders vs. Golovkin and Jacobs vs. Charlo. Winners face off. Meanwhile DLH can sit on sideline I guess.
Yeah, they don't even mind being inactive. I never hear them complain.
Thats because Haymon contracts have a "gag" clause that prohibits the fighter from making any disparaging remarks about Al Haymon, Haymon Sports, or any Haymon entity
Would be interesting to see if Charlo would wait that long.
It's been almost two months since his last fight. Golovkin just had his fight last week, he may be taking 3 months off getting fat. Meanwhile, Charlo would be 5 months inactive by that time and he may be waiting for something that's not even there.
No problem. Let them go inactive. I'm tracking inactivity. The longer the better. :boxing:
Charlo is a Haymon fighter. Inactivity is what they do best

It depends on which mando he gotta defend first?
IBF Sergiy Derevyanchenko
WBA Hasan Ndam
WBC Jermall Charlo
I think Ndam-Ryota Murata have to rematch first. Dominic Wade was his IBF mando last year. He's never had a mandatory for WBC so it may be Charlo next. If not BJS.
