I haven't seen this fight yet but most fights have a guy who is supposed to win and it wasn't him. It's too bad but that is the way it is too much of the time. The guys with the power behind them often win fights they really didn't win or in this case got an undeserved draw.
Lol don't forget the nail in the coffin. They actually scored the 8th round which is against boxing rules to change the decision from split decision to a majority draw.
My goodness I'm speechless man..........crazy...
It might not change anything, but it might light a fire under the judges azz when he posts his score and hears the boos from the audience if they believe the score to be rigged.
and if the cards are correctly going against the hometown fighter but the crowd are booing?
wbc still leaves option over to the commission on whether they want open scoring
they have tried open scoring going back to decade ago and it makes the fights less entertaining.
and I don't see how it reduces crooked scoring more than replacing a clearly incompetent or possibly corrupt judge

Completely agree on open scoring. The scores should be put on the scoreboard between rounds so number one it might prevent crooked scoring and also so a fighter can see whether he needs a ko to win, or trainer can decide whether or not to throw in the towel at a point when the score is out of hand

Agreed. Not saying judging is an easy job, you can't always please anyone but sometimes I wonder if the judges ever watched a pro fight in their lives. Some of these judges that get tapped for duty cannot be the best guys the matchmakers or whoever can appoint, there's gotta be better judges out there somewhere.
They do it because they have no integrity and jump at the chance to suck Floyd's dick and make a dollar on the side.
No excuse for that card - judging like that harms boxing and should be brought to task.

Agreed............
You always know when they take 10 minutes to add up the scores for a 7 round fight that they're cooking the numbers. No way Love won more than 3 rounds. 79-73??? Another reason to have open judging.
