That's what Ive been saying, flip the scenario and fight in the cage, giving Floyd the advantages Plastic Mac had.
Prime Pretty Boy Floyd at 130 with 4oz gloves against a 40 yr old retired 115 UFC champ and Floyd would knock him out cold. Give Floyd the same MMA training that Connor had in boxing and Floyd slaughters them with those weight advantages, he would actually rag doll a guy that much smaller, Floyd is very strong physically we seen Connor couldn't man handle him and he is huge by comparison.
Conor has been training boxing his whole career really. Just hadn't trained for a professional boxing match until this year. And he's been training exclusively boxing for most of the year.
So a 29 year old Mayweather at 147 lbs who has some MMA training and gets several months to work MMA only, probably take down defense. Against a retired 40 year old MMA guy who weighs about 125, yeah, I think Mayweather KOs him quick as long as he can stuff the first couple takedown defenses. And as far as ground game, several months of jui jitsu is enough for regular joes to handle themselves. An elite athlete like Mayweather could be really good at Jui Jitsu in a few months.
When boxers fight in MMA, they have all been shot to hell: Ray Mercer, James Toney, Ricardo Mayorga.
Atleast here Mayweather was fighting a prime MMA fighter.

The way he did it is under rated, he walked down a prime LH that was supposed to be the baddest man on the planet, Floyd laughed at him right up to the stoppage, Floyd was supposed to dance his way to a UD with this Irish Gorilla hunting him like a meal, it turned out the other way around.
I would back prime 135lb Mayweather to KO a 40yr old 115lb retired UFC champ in the cage, now do understand what Floyd actually did do .

"Feather fisted" "Pillow punching" "Brittle handed" "Runner" Floyd Mayweather walked down the Baddest Man on the Planet and stopped him after Dana White, half the UFC and Conor swore Mayweather was going to get ragdolled.
Yes, he accomplished something alright
And you actually believed that loudmouth, dingleberry Dana White? Seems it's not just casuals but core fans that are just as gullible.
:lol1:
Mayweather didn't throw many punches, what he said during the fight, what his father said during the fight, what he said after the fight, all point to him giving the rounds away.
Golovkin was throwing punches, trying to KO Brook and getting lit up.
The two are totally different.
You are a lost cause. Go to sleep hypocrite
So you admit Golovkin got hit because he was trying to win, not because he decided to let Brook hit him. :dunce::lol1:
Golovkin was throwing punches, trying to win the fight. Mayweather wasn't.
Floyd was trying to win and GGG were trying to win and they both won. Get over it. Like i said pick one or the other, either they both let their opponents hit them or they dont. HYPPOOOOCRITEEEE
 Embarrassing. Brook was legit lighting Golovin up. If you can't see the difference you DKSAB.
Like Floyd said he got hit cuz he was coming forward going for the KO. GGG only got hit that often cuz he was trying to KO Brook fast. don't be a hypocrite. You got to either believe both of them or neither of them. Brook hitting GGG is way less embarrassing than getting punched by a non boxer in his first pro fight over 100 times and losing 3-4 rounds lol
... and Zab
yeh, just thought it was funny the way he put it, it was like, 'C'mon guys let's be real for a minute - he walked him down, which is something he never does'
Yeah, when people say they never saw Floyd fight like that before, it lets me know they haven't been watching him long.
You are completely and utterly retarded. "peeleft:
Nothing that you just said makes any amount of logical sense in any way shape or form.
😂😂 Man, that's literally one of my favorite movie scenes, ever!
mcgregor landed 1 decent punch the entire fight. The evidence is there you just refuse to accept it.
Golovkin was trying to take fighters heads off while getting caught clean.
:pat:
ggg let them hit him like floyd let conor win the early rounds
You are completely and utterly retarded. "peeleft:

Why are you so lame
He didn't even tag Floyd with anything hard, so your point is invalid.
But he did land so my point is valid and now your response make you look like an idiot.
Looooooooool don't kill me. Face it if you say Floyd let him win the rounds then GGG let guys hit him to make it more competitive. Did Floyd also let conor hit him with the jabs and uppercut??? Cmon don't be so gullible. Floyd couldn't be more aggressive cuz he is old and had to wait till conor got tired. saying you know that if Floyd wanted to he would of won those rounds is honestly one of the dumbest things to say. Go take your meds

How did you work that out? When did Golovkin throw under 10 punches in a round? A fighter that throws that many punches isn't trying to win. The showtime show of the fight pretty much confirmed it when Mayweather said after the 3rd or 4th round "it's time" and his father said something like "you can can go to work anytime you want"
:lol1:

He got stopped by a guy 25lbs lighter that is known for not having power. He was given 3 rounds, he didn't win ****. :lol1:
If Floyd gave conor 3 rounds then GGG has amazing defence and only gets hit cuz he allows it
It took me awhile to realize it. It was about the 3rd round when I remembered everyone saying McGregor just need to land one shot. He landed several by the 3rd and Mayweather was still there, so I knew it was a matter of time.

Are you okay? So every fighter in the history or boxing who lost is delusional because they thought they could win? It was a mismatch to begin with you just seem hurt that he lost like you bet money on him. Conor believed he could win, tried his best and lost like everyone knew he would. He is an mma fighter who went 10 rounds with the greatest of this generation and won atleast 3 rounds. That's more than enough to prove he is great. Please take your meds
"he went 10 rounds doe"... It was a circus imho, and I guess that's where we part ways. Not hurt, just frustrated at the reactions of people, in the boxing world especially. The fight was a joke, something close to WWE, and people who are treating it as anything more than that... Well, it's just sad to see
Mayweather whooped a non-boxer
Conor looked like trash
That's all there is to it
Time to move on
"conor won 3 rds against the greatest boxer in the world in a completely hyped money-making fantasy fight which nothing to do with sport and everything to do with ego, celebrity, and greed" ...this is some next-level vacuous sh*t haha
Once the fight was over, I was like 'great, cool, back to reality' but no, the idiocy seems to be spreading
A cynic is what an idealist calls a realist. So, thank you for that. It's not 'hating' to expect a man to be serious about who he is.
Like I say, he didn't even turn up in shape... Here are your options. McWafter:
a) hyped the fight knowing he couldn't win
b) legitimately thought he could compete
If a), then you are giving props to an entertainer
If b), then you are giving props to a deluded person
