I honestly think it comes down to the fact that people are too damn sensitive these days. If you have any form of criticism for any fighter (or anyone in general) then you're just a hater. Yes, obviously their are some trolls but if you take their bate then it goes back to my point, you're too sensitive. I don't see people hate on Crawford at all in all honesty. I think Ward, Mayweather, Pacquaio, GGG, Canelo and even Loma have more unfair criticism than TC.
Yeah, personally I'm indifferent when it comes to showboating. It's better than fouling.
But Davis is just classless. Mocking his opponents when they're down and what he did to Avila.
I thought it was tasteless too. Once an opponent is down and the fight is over any facade should stop and respect exchanged. At first when he crouched down I thought he was praying and being thankful, but Adam Smith mentioned he was mocking his opponent and the fact he did it right next to his opponent. It was bad sportsmanship. And I know why he did it. He wanted to copy Loma when he his opponent keeled over and grabbed his stomach and Loma did the same, but that was during the fight and it was done with purpose, namely to say he was acting and not really hurt. I like when show boating is done with humour.
Ask yourself why you hate Floyd mother****er and you'll find your answer. :bottle:
you took it literally....thats too bad. next time i will spell it out for you so you can join in
What does having those belts have to do with his resume?
Just because he has those belts doesn't make his resume any better.
It's a great accomplishment, it really is, but doesn't change his resume.
Fact is, other fighters get trashed for their resumes yet Crawford, who doesn't have a great resume himself, gets praised.
You can't say some fighters don't deserve to be on the P4P list because of their resume then have Crawford at #1 or 2.
I'm not even a Chocolatito fan, in fact I've said some harsh things on him in the past, but I've seen people saying that Crawford has a better resume than him.
Heck no!!
having all the belts means you fought every champion in your division. nobody else in boxing is doing that. being undisputed means you ducked no one.
the fact that a guy can be undisputed champion and still questioned is the definition of hate.
these other dudes you talk about, duck other champions and call it buisness.
and Gonzalez won't even unify with inoue. he lost his last fight against a guy he ahouldbt have even been fighting. cuardras and Estrada are fighting each other cause Gonzalez wants a million dollars for a rematch
Bud don't do that, if you got a strap in his division. you giving it up. if they say he ducking, he will make the fight.
Bud is the definition of p4p. no politics. just line them up. 140 is done. 147 is next
Bud Crawford doesn't need a pass for his resume.
he is the wbc, wba, wbo, ibf, ring magazine champion.
name somebody else who can say that

I didn't even bother watching but I don't see that much hate towards Crawford.
Crawford's resume isn't all that great and he gets a pass for it, while others get trashed. Even some with better resumes than him.
When Crawford showboats nobody has a problem, but when others do it it's the end of the world.
What hate?
Does he have some haters? Of course but every boxer will have some. It comes with the territory.

Davis is the worst of the bunch.

Lomachenko was doing the same showboating move on Marriaga that Crawford did on Diaz. Crawford even said he copied my move or something like that.
So if Loma's showboating is the "you're beneath me" type then Crawford's is the same.
Gervonta Davis' showboating is horrible.
Davis is the worst of the bunch.
