Hell it could have been a warmer day and thus he'd naturally sweat a little more, couple that in with the weigh in being at a different time of day and you've lost half a pound easy. Weigh yourself before you go to bed and then weigh yourself again in the morning. Guarantee you'll probably wake up about around 1 or 2 pounds lighter.
