According to New York post website, 7000 tickets still available at Stubhub with 3000 tickets and 4000 tickets available for the secondary
market.
I really thought this is going to sell well as it should and could be tickets are so high. Fight is 16 days away they should lower the tickets.

They are out there. I don't like sharing favored sites myself cuz I believe that ultimately leads to them getting shutdown or shutdown sooner. That said as of late FB & other social media has been having some very respectable looking non-endorsed streams via groups usually, which is whats led to them & twitter getting Showtime endorsed streams as of late too (imo). Meercat was doing that before they died too iirc. Its likely only going to get worse & more mainstream. Idk if some of this sh^t can be shutdown its so easy to get another person & another person & another person to post up the stream after one gets taken down.
Admittedly I am of the opinion this is all sorta nuts that they pay people to look at things doe so "stealing" sh^t to look at seems more of a crazy concept to me. If these mfers were smart they just show everything for free off the backs of advertisements & sponsors & if the $ don't work then you don't have a viable product to enough people or are expecting more money than something is worth &/or someone in the payment/food chain wants too much vs what they are worth.I will stream this s#hit, there nothing on earth that cant stop me from streaming this circus event... if anything ill watch Dragon Ball Super instead lmao...
I think we will end up being right. I am actually surprised that they did the press conferences 4 days In a row Instead of spreading them out to keep people talking. I know a lot of people are saying that casual fans are talking about the fight but I haven't heard anyone mention It.
Yep, even when I went to the London presser there werent casuals around. I met boxing fans or Irish fans but nothing in between. I'd say about 70% of the audience didn't even know who Eubank Jr and crolla were when they came up for their interviews lol
Still, a 2 million plus buy rate owuld be huge but it wouldnt justify the amount of hype they have used to promote this.
This is what I said a long time ago. Every keeps talking about it being bigger than Pacquiao but it's clearly not. The purses are smaller, the hype, specifically internationally is nowhere near and teh boxing fans don't want it.
UFC and Irish fans will buyt it, as will the black American fans, which pushes it over the 2 million mark....but it's nowhere near 4 mill.

This fight probably will not do as well as people seem to think on PPV either.

Streaming is for people watching alone.
Who would invite a group of friends with drinks and food only to rely on a low quality buffering stream that may get taken down at any moment?
bro this aint 2005 anymore lol ... HD streaming is a very accessible thing at this point...mind you your pc might get aids but its definitely worth it if your a fan
You act as though you know him personally. Some cats will defend this clown to the death. Five paragraphs of speculation. You think he's driving around in one ten year old car like a suburban dad? How do you know which women he is with or how many? Floyd's the only gambler in the world who is betting on a sure thing, ok.
There's enough out there, in the public sphere, to counter all of the doom and gloom rhetoric about Floyd, regardless of how hard that is for folks like you to swallow.
He's a degenerate gambler who largely bets on favorites, at the same sportsbook; with the log of bets available, there's no doubt in my mind that Floyd's tax attorney has him set in a "gambling business", giving him a tax shelter to offset any losses as his hobby/business expense.
Floyd still only really driving a car that he bought almost a decade ago makes it pretty clear that he's just running around buying vehicles (for the cars that they've shown him buying recently, he's basically kept things to one-of-a-handful type vehicles that he's been able to flip like art pieces).
When not putting his face in front on one of his shows, or making appearances at his gentleman's club, Floyd's either traveling the world on his jet (there's already been talk of Floyd flipping his 2 jets and a bit of scratch for one brand new jet) or chilling at one of his homes around the country.
With residual payments (free cash, basically) coming to him that likely total north of $25m a year at this point (he was already at $12m a year before the Alvarez fight I think, so you can add the Alvarez, Pacquiao, and McGregor takes to the investment pot), Floyd is counting down from a ridiculously high number every month at this point.
Floyd's grown, has the same 2-5 women that he sticks with (depending on what you think the relationships with the women close to him are), and if he were to wife one of them at some point, there's no doubt in my mind that there's going to be a pre-nup in place.
Floyd's got 4 children that he'll spoil through their 18th birthdays (maybe helping them after that, but I doubt any of them simply get to just spend his money after that)

Tickets have been sold out from a wholesalers prospective (ticket brokers). If there more tickets in the secondary market I think fans cannot afford it.
It is going to make lots of money, lots of PPV buys, big numbers, might even break records, etc, etc....and watch the fight suck.
It seems to always happen with these Super Event fights.
De La Hoya-Trinidad, De La Hoya-Mayweather, Mayweather-Pacquiao and now Mayweather-McGregor. They all have the huge fight hype in common, the only difference is people weren't expecting those other fights to suck. The Mayweather-McGregor fight will make big money and people know it will suck at the same time. Lol
This is where boxing has gone to folks.
Sounds about right. Lol
Scalpers are screwed.
They over estimated the hype.
Maybe so, but it's not on Floyd to feed the scalpers, though. If the building seats 20k people and 17k seats have already been sold, that'd seem to suggest that tickets were pretty accurately priced (need to see the sections where tickets are still available, but the trend to a sellout seems pretty likely still before the event).
Scalpers taking an L ever so often helps fans out in the long run.
His problem is his vices. He is a degenerate gambler and for every winning bet he posts on social media there were probably ten losers.
When you reach that sort of wealth you have to expand your horizons and find new interests and ways to keep things fresh. Floyd is limited, so he will spend until he is bored with the cars, planes, jewelry, women, and other depreciating possessions that fail to bring him happiness.
Whether or not he will ever go broke is anyone's guess. He really shouldn't given his investments. But all it takes is one or two legal incidents and a pricey lawyer will cut deep into his finances. Gambling and the wrong women will drain his finances real quick too.

For all the flash, even Conor McGregor pointed out that Floyd is still actually rolling around in whips that were bought 7 years ago.
Floyd's money is basically socked away in boring income-generating investments, that pay out to him residuals that likely top $20m a year, at a point where he already owns everything he has (debt-free if you believe the cash-and-carry way he lives his day-to-day).
Holyfield and Tyson never seemed to have that straight shooter to check on their books.
Floyd owns his houses across the country, owns his own businesses (TMT, Mayweather Promotions, Mayweather Boxing Club, etc), owns his own gentleman's club, and still had enough cache to run around to make club/promotional appearances and speaking engagements for top-line money.
There's a **** ton of things that would need to go wrong for Floyd to ever end up in trouble.

Floyd has Al Haymon, his long-time lawyer, and his tax attorney in his corner
We don't know If Floyd Is going to be just fine. Tyson earned 4-500 million In his career and Holyfield earned between 250-300 million In his career and they are both bankrupt. Floyd spends the same as the above mentioned fighters, If not more. Time will tell.

According to Dana White, they have already done over 60 mil in ticket sales. Dana said the best year the UFC ever had in ticket sales was 44 mil for an entire year. This is just one fight and it has done more than the UFC. Tickets sales will more than like break May/Pac easily.
who is gonna get on a plane to see that fight?
MMA fanboys are just casuals. casual premium boxing fans who buy ringside aren't going to go to this sideshow in the droves they'd go to a real fight
i expect a lot more people will be willing to pay the 100 bucks it will take to see it at home. this is a farce of a fight. it's amazing how few people realize that. yes, i get that they don't watch either sport and are drawn to the event because of clever marketing, but you'd think people would understand that one guy is going to another sport and fighting one of the best who has ever done it. floyd was an olympian. his uncle was a world champion and his father was a contender. he's been boxing since before mcgregor was alive, since before MMA was even a sport. he's been a pro since the UFC was just a sideshow with barroom brawlers and dues in ju jitsu gis.
boxing is largely a scam.
