What is it about Floyd that you don't like?

He stole Antonio Tarver's unofficial Milk-Dud nickname and never gave Tarver the respect he deserves

I can't stand his arrogant a55hole personality. I want to like the man but he's just a dlck. What are your reasons for not liking him? You do realize that he act this way to make money.

I honestly believe that Floyd isn't anywhere near as rich as he claims. It's just a persona. All he has is his props on social media and on stage during press conferences. He comes across as not intelligent at all. If you take away the big entourage that has to be paid for and the money-related stuff he posts on social media, what is left? The lifestyle he wants us to believe he lives would lead to hemorrhaging millions of dollars per month. Not only would he not be leaving any for his kids but he'll be bankrupt before 50. Why do you care how much money he has anyway? Are you jealous or are you jealous? LOL. The way he acts is definitely a persona (he's a cool guy in real life) and only does those things (throwing money around, clowning his opponents) to annoy people like you who eat it up and then go buy the PPV. The man is worth $500 million and you seriously think he's going to go broke? He has several different companies and millions in real estate and his TMT clothing brand alone is making more than $10 million a year. Not to mention he can make millions just by doing speaking engagements all over the world. Plus all the young fighters coming up have seen how much he's made and will want to sign with him because they know he will treat them better financially than crooks like Bob Arum and to a lesser extent De La Hoya. The dude is a mogul, he's going to be a billionaire eventually. I always see you hating in these Mayweather threads. If you dislike the man that much don't waste your time on talking about him. I cringe often when he opens his mouth cuz he sounds so stupid. He reminds of those real socially awkward guys who cant talk properly. But more importanly, i dislike his style. He is bad for entertainment. Could you explain this because he sells more than any other fighter, which indicates people find him entertaining.

I don't know how many people hated Lance Armstrong. This t.b.e. guy claims he's clean and accuses his rivals of cheating. Man that's despicable. If you really think about it.

Last thing I would say is the persona he has portrayed. He gave up being really well liked in order to sell more (which is fine, he was never going to be portrayed like say Pacquiao anyway). But when people see you talking about money all the time, spending tons of it and being in rooms with lots of mostly naked women etc it breeds envy and hate from a lot of people and he knows this. Yeah it's only a persona to sell himself, but a lot of people aren't going to think about that or see that, they just think "what an idiot". Still, I mean if you asked one of us would we rather most people like us and have $100 million or some people like us and have $200 million I think most would pick the $200 million without much hesitation.

Another thing is, he's just so great at the sport that he makes it boring because nobody can keep up with him. He's just on a different level to everyone but it's not his fault that there's nobody that can challenge him. Put it this way, Ali was in the same situation. Everybody HATED this man when he was at the top then once he retired and boxing struggled because there was no one like him, all of a sudden all of these haters ended up being on his d!ck and saying how great he was. Expect the exact same thing to happen with Mayweather when he's done.

Let's face it, these are the main reasons that most of you hate on him. 1. He's rich beyond most people's wildest dreams. People hate that. 2. He's black (Yes racism is still rampant and lots of people are racist). 3. He's the best and is very outspoken about everything he believes in. If you don't like him because of the domestic violence situation that's understandable, but you also need to realise there was never any photo's released so did he even really do it or did he just get set up and screwed over in the whole situation? People get in trouble all the time for crimes they didn't commit and if he really did it there has to have been some proof. Last thing regarding that, i'm not saying he did or he didn't do it and I don't condone it. However everybody makes mistakes and Sugar Ray Robinson went through a lot of similar things in his career. No problem with you judging those guys personally for what they did, but let's not let that interfere with the fact that they are two of the GOAT's.
