Aldo dived face first onto McGregor's fist. You can't really rate any MMA stoppage in boxing terms. He'll be dealing a fighter that knows how roll with punches, slip bunches, and can transition quickly from defense to offense. McGregor's biggest problem will be Mayweather's quickness. Nate Diaz was able to counter him easily and he was slow. Mayweather is a lot faster and has more accuracy.

Exactly what i am getting at, Also the boxing stance and MMA stance is different in terms of balance and how they brace and ride shots going to the ground is also an option when you take a big shot. I don't believe people would even go down the way they do in mma in a traditional boxing stance. add 10oz gloves to the equation as well and as you say power and speed it reduced. Damn, it's crazy how something that simple escaped me, I hope it hasn't escaped McGregor who seems delusional by his punching power.

McGregor power is REAL I think, he has Pop in that Left Hand! But lets be honest, MMA Fights most of them don't show great chins either! His Problem will be landing clean on Mayweather with it and will GAS Swinging at AIR!

The answer is no. Not since he has been in the UFC. He probably had Mendes out if they did a 10 count, but Mendes was exhausted from wrestling Conor. Aldo was rocked for sure, but he would have made a 10 count. Also Aldo has been rocked several times in his career now. Same thing with Alvarez.

Other than aldo? He didn't actually knock Also cold from a boxing perspective. Conor dropped Also but it was the following ground and pound which finished Aldo. I think he did KO one guy cleanly earlier in career with a counter though.

His power will be a non factor he aint wearing the baby gloves.
