Manny Pacquiao was not overly impressed with the ability of unbeaten Jeff Horn. This past weekend, Pacquiao dropped a twelve round unanimous decision in a bout billed as the Battle of Brisbane in front of more than 51,000 people at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. Click Here To Read More]
Many didn't lose this fight but he should take it on the chin. Too many damn interviews would make you start saying dumb s***. He should have wiped the floor with him and needs to retire.
Manny come on man. You should have wiped Jeff horn off the face of the planet. I mean Horn was a huge under dog basically a cherry pick fight that wasn't supposed to be competitive, yet he made Pac look average. That's what happens when you underestimate your opponent. Seriously Pacquiao should have ended Horn in 4 maybe 5 rounds.
Horn showed how tough he was, Pacquiao should at least mention that or give him some credit. I've noticed that Pacquiao never gives credit to anyone he's lost to.
Manny and his team definitely did not take Horn seriously, no doubt in my mind.
I think Manny lost his hunger after the Marquez KO, and changed his whole approach to training and fighting.
Combine that with Bob Arum being crooked as fvck and some pretty stupid judges in Horn's home country Manny just set himself up for this IMO.
You can blame lots of factors, but the fact is if Manny was 100% focused and prepared he would have easily decisioned Horn or stopped him late.
it's not Horn's fault, but I understand fans frustrations when it comes to the current version of Manny.
No, I don't share with f**kheads. The majority of fans feel that he lost the first Castillo fight and fought to a draw In the first Maidana fight. At the end of the day, all that matters Is how he Is remembered by boxing fans and his peers.
The majority of fans? According to you? At the end of the day all that really matters to any professional boxer is how much money they have in their bank account actually. They could give two ****s about what you or me or the vast majority of "fans" have to say about them. That's a rock solid fact for you.
The referee was amazing, he even warn Horn he would stop the fight after the 9th round which horn lost completely. He broke them off when he had to, got his gloves sorted out in seconds, made time for Pac cuts and even warn horn on several occasions.
He's remembered as the best of his era. Can't get much better than that.
I believe that, but It will be disputed by certain Individuals, he just Isn't TBE as he likes to claim.
Anyone would have to admit those were some weak, wack excuses. But serial excuse maker is too funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They sure are, but Floyd felt the need to make excuses even after getting gift decisions on the scorecards. Why Is that?
Too much texting not enough training.
I thought Pacquiao won but the reality is that the Pacman and his team did not take Horn seriously enough.
Who did exactly?
The facts and the truth are Mayweather actually beat both of them twice. Are you trying to rewrite history or something? Are you from some parallel universe where Mayweather is actually 47-1-1? May I have some of what you're smoking as well?

Its also a fact that pac lost. No matter what you or pac or anyone says the record will reflect pac lost, horn won.
Its also fact Pac beat JMM 3 times but people still complain. Williams beat Lara, Danny beat Herrera. Floyd also only beat Canelo in a MD so it was no schooling it was a close fight where Floyd barley edged out. I agree whatever it says on ones record is the right decision.
Horn is good for what he is. He's like 90% the right tactics and 10% ability. To me that's damn f*cking good. Extremely good. I saw Horn show a greater sense of urgency and persistence that most of the guys I've seen in a ring. He fought with the kind of determination every fighter should fight with every time. He gets major respect from me for that. He did it against a very dangerous guy as well and never gave up. He's not exactly JMM skillwise tho obviously.
The truth is Mayweather won both and Pacquiao lost to Horn.
Pacquiao has used itchy socks, gloves, blood test made him weak, leg cramps, shoulder injury, common cold and the ref as excuses for his losses. He's a serial excuse maker.
Anyone would have to admit those were some weak, wack excuses. But serial excuse maker is too funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy can predict the past. Amazing.
I can do it too.
Pacquiao will lose to Horn and make lame excuses.
We're both amazing.
Mayweather made excuses for winning. :lol1:
I genuinely lol'd twice in this thread. Thanks.
The truth Is he lost to Castillo and fought to a draw with Maidana.
The facts are , he Is full of excuses just as you claim Pacquiao Is.
So this justifies pacs sour grapes?

I don't understand how this is a excuse. The cold was a embarrassing excuse. This is facts. It was a fact Horn was bigger and stronger then Pac. Horn also cheated with the ref not calling it that is also a fact.
