Manny Pacquiao's 103 real estate properties show that wealth accumulation requires the same discipline as mastering credit cards: avoiding unnecessary debt and monitoring cash flow. To manage a large portfolio efficiently, use CRE underwriting software which provides live AI data intelligence, portfolio insight, and agentic workflow automation for asset and debt management. In conclusion, whether you're a boxer or a businessperson, the path to real estate success is the same: reduce risk, automate underwriting, and spot opportunities others miss with an end-to-end platform.
Wow, 103 properties all over the Philippines? That’s some serious real estate game. Makes you think about how much strategy goes into managing and investing in properties like that. Speaking of real estate, I was looking into commission rates for Florida recently, and it’s wild how much they can vary depending on the market and agent. If you’re ever curious about how it works over there, realtor commission rate florida is a solid resource that breaks it all down clearly. It’s always good to compare strategies, especially if you’re dealing with multiple properties or just starting out. Manny clearly knows the game!
If he's renting those properties he must be making millions. Good for him and more power to him. All boxers should invest their money like this, but most end up broke and forgotten. See Joe Louis.
so 50 pesos is a dollar? when did it get lower, I thought it was like 500 or 5000 pesos to a dollar?
It was never 500 or 5000 for the US dollar. The biggest exchange rate i believed was 55 pesos.
Land properties never depreciate and will gain so much value over time. Those are investments, floyd only has his promotionanl company and lives a high lifestyle.
Pac has a lot businesses here. Gasoline stations. Taxi business. Malls. Hotels. Clothing line. Giant endorser to almost every brand. From beers, shampoos to phones. Stock holder. Politician.
Man has made an empire. Jinky is also a politician.
Even with that kind of entourage i dont think he's gonna get broke til he dies.
yeah I read it dude, thats still a lot of property, he should invest outside of the Filippines like in Europe or something if he wants to make a good return on a hotel or some commercial property, filipinos is pesos weak money
Its like 5000 pesos to equal 1 us dollar.
1 dollar to 50 pesos.
He heas, just like he had in Singapore. Pacquiao kept it usually secret. But one thing that I know that Pacquiao invested outside of the Philippines is the Online Currency in Singapore.
So is he keeping it secret so he doesn't have to pay extra taxes? Isn't that illegal
Wow I am surprised some people here are dumb when it comes to properties.
Land (real estate) properties are investments. Land prices do not go down EVER. Houses/building on land may depreciate but not land value unless the place becomes a war zone.
He gives a lot to friends, relatives, etc but AFAIK, his wife manages finances and invests in properties, not businesses. So he aint going broke soon.
Ummm did you read the article? The real estate properties are 40% residential and the rest are commercial, and use for business like real estate selling, hotels, resorts.....
It says also Pacquiao has invested in agriculture, oil. etc. etc. He's not going broke anytime soon.
