Since it's been a year and you've had proper time to reflect, I'm curious how you now feel about your poor judgment.
I'm also curious how you feel about Manny ducking the rematch when called out by Horn.
Lol. In fairness Horn didn't beat Pacquiao, he was given the decision. Horn was just too damn big and fought like a wild bull. Little Manny Pacquiao just couldn't handle it. If I had to guess, he severely underestimated Horn's size and physicality. I agree he ducked the rematch but I think that's more from him not putting too much value in that loss. He has nothing to gain from winning in a rematch. I expect he would do better but not by much.
P.S. I can't believe you brought up this old thread.
Everyone looks great in highlights. That's why they're called "highlights." Horn isn't beating Pacquiao and changing your minds about Horn won't make a difference in the outcome.
This is what puzzles me about the sanctioning bodies and how they rank fighters. I still don't know how WBO and IBF ranks Jeff Horn at #2. There has to be some promoter/manager pay offs going on when I look at certain rankings over the years and how they establish mandatories. Look at WBC insisting that Stiverne is a mandatory for Wilder. How is that even possible?
Yup. These people are never accountable to anything.
Biggest disappointment was when Spence was calling out Brook before and after the Algieri fight.
Brook was very much available and just dismantled Bizier a week or so ago without any scratches. Out of the blue, those IBF clowns assigned Bundu to Spence, instead of Brook. Fast forward Brook/Spence was mandated eventually but with Brook with an injured eye resulting from the Golovkin fight which should not have happened had these IBF clowns proceeded to the Spence/Brook fight right away.
Boxrec ranks all the pro boxers in the world. If there are 4 thousand pro welterweights in the world they rank them all from best to worse. Horn has never fought anybody they rank in the top 50 welterweights. In other words he has never defeated a good welterweight. Those guys he is blasting out are not very good and miles away from being top 15 welterweights. Pacquiao will be a giant step up in class.

He really isn't a bad fighter in all honesty. He seems to be able to crack well, goes to the body. For what it is worth, he took ancient Randall Bailey's best shot and recovered well.
The problem is that he is prospect level, not really ready for this kind of fight. He has a puncher's chance, but I don't think he has the speed or skill to hang if Pac has anything left.
I can't change my mind about Jeff Horn because idk who the fvck he is
He's a top ranked unbeaten welterweight contender in most of the governing bodies.
Decent amaetuer, beaten some decent names albeit faded and old guy's.
Decent skills, fast hands, main weapon is his right hand witch carries substantial power.
I have only seen 3 of his fights though..
HTH :)
What about Algieri? Did you say Spence would beat Algieri because it's an easy fight? Why not, knowing Algieri is crap and Spence is young and in his prime?
Look why don't you just put your points where your mouth is. Since I have not amassed points, I'll disappear if Horn loses. Transfer all your points if Horn wins. You don't have to disappear. Deal?
You're just straight ignorant and about to get ignored so don't expect another reply from me on this one. Whatever angle you're trying to work, you're failing. And, no, I did not say Algeri would be an easy win for Spence.
The problem is who is there that can be Pacquiao and bring that beast mode every fight, Mayweather he can retire and it wont hurt the sport since he is boring and nobody will miss him, but Pacquiao brought the love of boxing back that made boxing exciting again with his style, not one boxer today is as exciting as a prime 8 year run Pacquiao show me one who was that consistent in bringing the heat with a Tasmanian devil style of high offensive output and stamina.
Maybe Mikey Garcia if he keeps on wining.
I don't even like him and I'm rooting for Broner,
but he's seen doing offense instead of defense in his last two fights, albeit with mediocre opponents. But who knows? The crossover appeal is there, I think.
He's just an average fighter with slow hands. Pacquaio should beat the sh1t out of him and if he doesn't he should retire immediately.
I agree, even If Pacquiao has trouble with Horn and still wins, he needs to seriously consider retiring.
